Xavier and his partner saved the day. My aging big irrigation line had sprung a leak. They came same day and fixed it and more. Hope to work with them in the future.

We hired Payless Landscape & Irrigation when we lost our regular gardener during the pandemic. Since then he has done regular yard maintenance and has completed two major long-term projects. He replaced the decaying wooden retaining wall in our back yard, grading the yard level as he did. He also replaced and repaired much of our drip irrigation system. He did all this work for us quite promptly, at a reasonable price, and did it all well. I recommend his services without reservation.

Javier sent 2 other men who supposedly fixed my irrigation system. The next day it was running nonstop again. I had to turn the water off. They came back again, more money, and it isn?t fixed. And now Javier won?t answer my calls. Terrible.

The job was done right and timely.

I had hired Payless many times. Fist time he overcharged me $18,000.00! For building a block wall. Wall started cracking in 13 places and he never came to fix. He sprayed by 1 acre yard for weeds and must have been colored water. Weeds everywhere.. No business license. Bad work, dishonest

Payless did a wonderful job. Cleaned yard, cut and trimmed many plants and bushes including trimming back a very large cactus ?. Weeded, sprayed, hung glass chime. Planted new flowers ?. They were marvelous. Thank you for recommending this company. I am handicapped and they were better than I ever imagined.
