My husband and I had a great experience with this company, I will 100% be calling this company every single time we have an issue. They are extremely responsive, professional and honest. We hired them to repair roof damage they came on time, reasonable price and completed the work same day. The following day we had more damage due to an animal and they came immediately as a favor to repair. We have nothing but great things to say and I highly recommend this company to anyone in need.

Geni is a wizard. He did a splendid job of replacing the copper gutters on my nearly 300-year-old Sag Harbor house. The guy is hard working, shows up when he says he will, and is reasonably priced. I wish there were a way to give more stars. Mind youâ I live in the Hamptons, so you can imagine the challenges of finding the right contractor. Geni will always be my first call.

I needed the facia replaced on back of my house. Payless gave me a competitive estimate. We had rain almost everyday and I was afraid this project would never get done however they came on a Sunday afternoon. The workers were quick, efficient and friendly. Very good customer service.

They were not properly insured grossly and aggressively overpriced everything was an add on they did not do the work themselves and hired sub contractors.

"Mr (consumer name withheld per their request) That was the reason that we hired a Sub Contractor that had the right insurance for that particular job and you were aware of it and we provided you with a copy of their license and insurance before starting the project ... !! The price was the original what we signed up for and we actually did extra work with your approval worth $600 which we didn't charge you for. Thank you and please don't hesitate to let us know how can we have you fully satisfied."

Not very professional had no drop clothes made a mess of my bedroom sheetrock pieces all over wood and roofing materials all in bedroom when replacing skylight

Geni and crew repaired damage to my home from a tree that fell into the eaves. They completed the carpentery, siding repair and roof repair, and installed new gutters all around for a very fair price. They cleaned up perfectly. I recommend Payless highly.
