We hired Eric Payne to do a water damage repair job for us. His crew was always there on time and did a fantastic job. We put Eric through the "ringer" by hooking him up with our insurance adjuster (something that he admittedly doesn't do) and he handled them with professionalism and resolve. We had Eric fix a large picture window in our living room that was leaking due a missing flashing. This was something that the previous homeowner had concealed from us at the time of purchase. We also had Eric install a ledge stone fireplace for us that went floor to ceiling and it turned out fabulous. Eric is very knowledgable beyond his years. Don't let his youthful age deter you from hiring him. We'll have him out to do more work for us. Very professional, always providing written documentation as the job changed. No surprises, that why he gets a 5 Star rating.
