Payne Roofing contacted almost immediately after sending Angi the information. Needed my roof inspected which was required by my mortgage company. Brad set up an appointment for the next day and was there when he said he would be there. Did the inspection and gave me the necessary paperwork for my mortgage company for no charge. Excellent company!!

Very prompt

Had them out to replace some broken tiles and mud packs on a home we just purchased. They gave us a very reasonable estimate, we felt comfortable with them, got the job scheduled promptly and did quality work without any issues.

The inspection only lasted 15 minutes and they just flew a drone up to look at it. Did not go into the attic.

Payne Roofing did an excellent job with my roof repair. They did a thorough survey of the work needed and provided high resolution pictures of all the areas in question. The finished work quality was excellent and again followed up with great pictures of work accomplished. The billing and scheduling was 100% hassle free. The workers left a clean worksite when finished. The cost for the job was very reasonable for the quality of services performed, I will definitely use them for my roofing needs in the future!

Professional

Love there professional process, you get an inspection report with the pictures and issues of your roof in detail. This is included in your quote and another inspection report with pictures after the work has been completed. Highly recommend using them.

Great procedures, they give you an inspection report with pictures and detailed explanations of the roofing issues, both before and after the roofing fix. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, happy to explain their work and the issues. Slightly more expensive than others, but worth it!

Professional and easy to work with!

The crew was awesome!! They worked hard and were extremely efficient. Every night before they left the job site, they cleaned up the ground around the house of debris. I was extremely impressed!! Their supervisor was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure the project was done correctly. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. Their senior estimator came to our house and did a great job giving us options. Whenever I called, texted, or emailed, I always received a reply fairly quickly. Overall, this is a great company and I highly recommend them!!
