We hired Jeremiah for fence and retaining wall work, then added another section of fencing and gate to be done a week later.1st part of job was excellent!! I paid for the entire job at the end of part 1. We have not seen or heard from Jeremiah since. He is refusing to answer text, messages or answers phone calls. We are Senior citizens and really can not afford to be paying for work not finished!!

Unbelievably rude and disrespectful behavior on the part of Mr. Payne and his helper. They p****d off two of my neighbors before I had to tell them to pack up and leave my property. My two neighbors and I were completely dumbfounded by the entire incident and wonder how Mr. Payne can run a business with such poor behavior. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Kevin arrived to submit a bid when he said he would. The crew arrived on time. The first day it rained all day, and the crew worked until dark, in the rain. They worked the second day and the cleanup was great. Removed 3 3 to 4 ft. Diameter trees, cleared 150 ft. of overgrown fence line. Did great job at a reasonable price. Recommend them to anyone. 😊 👍

Their pricing was more than fair also about 25% cheaper than other bids, Their promised arrival time and job completion was right on. Cleaned up the mess and yard waste removed I would not only recommend to others and I already have for their next job but I highly recommend them to who so ever reads this.

This was the last company that I contacted for an estimate. Without knowing what the other quotes were, he was hundreds less than the rest. He arrived as promised, had all the heavy duty equipment to do the job professionally and cleaned up the work area nicely. Next time he will be my first and only call.

The most important thing was that he followed up and maintained contact throughout the job. He called after the request on HomeAdvisor, checked to see if we had decided on a provider, and then kept us advised as the work progressed.

I hired them to remove a tree. They were going to come out on a Saturday, but there was the possibility of Thunderstorms that day so they asked if they could come the day before on Friday. They worked late, even after it got dark to get as much done as they could. Did everything they said they were going to do, cleaned up after and hauled away all the debris. Reasonably priced, good value for the service.

Payneless was first to respond by phone and in person offering to evaluate the situation answering any questions and giving a free estimate. An agreement was rapidly reached. a time set and the work completed. Could not have asked for any more. Thank you Payneless.
