Had a problem with a backed up line in one bathroom. Another company came out, kept pushing us back and said twice that we could always hire another company. So Friday, I put an ad on Angie's place and got a call from them within 10 minutes. Showed up that day and fixed the problem for less than the other guys quoted me. All with a great attitude and great work. Highly recommend.

I received a call within minutes of choosing them and they came out to fix the problem in a little over an hour after our call...on a Sunday night! Wow! They are down to earth, polite, professional, and explained everything before they did it. They even let us watch the camera to see what caused the issue. Their customer service is outstanding, prices are very reasonable, and we will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs! Thanks guys!

Was empressed that they called me as soon as I had chosen the company. They explained they would finish the job they were on & then come to help me. Jareds beard kind of shocked me at first but he took time to explain what they would do to find the problem. After they were through Jared explained what the did to fix my problem. I think the charge was reasonable. I would recommend this company.

Jerod arrived promptly with some impressive tools. Took the time to assess the entire line for cracks and clogs, with a camera, before cleaning the line. Cleared the block and checked their work. Charged exactly what I was quoted. An excellent experience and will definitely use again.

Nice and honest guy! I hired a different plumber who came out repeatedly and didnt honor his warranty. So I then called Paynes who took care of the issue fast. He was very professional and we havent had any more issues. I would definitely use him again!!

Arrived about an hour after we talked and had the clog open that was 50ft from the house in another half hour. Was pleasant to work with, stuck with the price given and cleaned up after the work was done. I will call Paynes plumbing the next time we have issues.

Very quick response to enquiry. Quoted $135 on phone. When came, asked $225 for no valid reason. Line again clogged after 8 days. Says No guarantee, reason kitchen is used everyday so might have throne something that stuck. It was clogged 1st time in ten years and clogged again in eight days. Called another guy.

"We quoted $175.00 to auger the kitchen sink line with a clean out when we arrived there was no clean out so we had to drain the sink that was full on both sides disassemble the drain pipes under the sink to access the drain that was the reason for the price difference that was given before we did any work we left no warranty because I can not control what people put down the drain this was a town home that was rented to someone else the customer does not live there"

Hired to clear slow drains in the kitchen sink. They called to check in and came on time. Professional and quick. Moved and replaced stuff under the sink even though I offered to do it. Courteous; explained the peculiar pipe arrangements made by the original builder. Made some simple recommendations to help prevent future stoppages. I would hire again. I liked that I called on Friday and they were able to come the same day within a few hours.
