Mr. Eric Payne was very professional with the work he did for my bathroom. He was on-time and did a very good job. He made sure after his work was completed, the bathroom was clean. He tested his work to make sure the job was completed and I would not have a problem with his repairs.

DUPLICATE REPLY: We secured E. Payne's services to restore basement flooring/baseboard, and odd/end jobs after our basement flooded. Although we were quoted 2 weeks til completion, the project was delayed by weather and family emergencies. The workmanship of the layout was good and my only complete is due to the grades/shades of OAK, I would prefer to use plastic wood instead of staining OAK over and over again to match.

We hired Mr. Payne to replace our back wooden stairs. The job was scheduled for October 10 our appointment was for 9:30am. Mr. Payne didn;t show until 11:00am. The time is 4:45pm Mr. Payne left at approx. 1:00pm and has not returned since. I definitely would not recommend Payne's Rehab & Repair at all.. As a matter of fact when he does return he will be fired from completing the job..Also he tore down the stairs now we have no way to exit our house.

Eric ran into a little trouble with this repair, but he dealt with the situation with integrity and stayed until the task was complete. Despite the trouble he did not take the easy way out but acted with a high morale compass to deliver satisfaction to a completed project.
