Excellent follow-up. I was called by the owner literally seconds after I submitted the ServiceMagic request. Project was priced incorrectly (in my favor) and they honored the lower price. I had a slab leak that needed to be stopped and rerouted around. Don was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up extremely well. Only problem I had was with the drywall person they sent in after the work was done; had to come back to finish as they had overlooked a large hold that had not been fixed. Overall though I was pleased.

We had our SW Gas meter moved. Paz moved natural gas house line. It was chaotic - but that was the SW Gas contractors fault. Paz was responsive and flexible.
