(5 Stars)The technician was beyond great and I am grateful for the "peace of mind" that he provided for me. Being the bug phobic (especially arachniphobia) that I am, he explained everything he was doing, while encouraging me to follow him around. I am pretty confident that I won't be seeing any pesky bugs for a while.

I just had the exterminator do the service and the treatment was mainly for a very large spider. I think my rating may be a little premature since I have yet to determine whether said spider has left the premises (either voluntarily or in a body bag I don't really care which!)It might be better to ask me in a month or so.
