ZERO communication and incomplete service. Came to property for work and left stating he would deliver design documents within the next two days - via email. It has been 8 days and i have received no updates. I have reached out via: - email, NO RESPONSE - business number, NO RESPONSE - cell number, NO RESPONSE I would love for this issue to be resolved but until then.... it appears he took the money and ran :(

He arrived when he said he would, was very professional and thorough. Although it took a little longer to receive his report, I was happy with it.

Please read the many reviews - there is an obvious theme. I paid for services upfront ($600) and I havent received anything and the company has gone quiet. Multiple emails, texts and phone calls have gone unreturmed and I have not been able to reach anyone. My check has been cashed and I can not reach anyone at the office to confirm either the completion of the work or a refund of the money. Please do read the reviews.... i wish I had

Mike was very personable, setting me at ease on his inspection. He provided details related to my project and provided additional information that I was not aware of. Mike is quite the story teller. Great humor, very professional. I worked with Robin, also. She was very courtesy and provided excellent customer service and feedback. They were prompt and efficient. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. Thank you both for a great experience!

The work was never finished. I never received final drawings. The engineer never did incorporate the design we discussed. We got preliminary hand-drawn sketches, but CAD drawings were never sent. Now, he will not return calls or respond to e-mails. We had to pay for the entire cost of the engagement before they would send preliminary sketches. Once the preliminary sketches were received, and errors were discussed, the engineer went silent.

I would recommend this structural engineer, Michael Muntean, a million times over. Extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you Michael for such a great experience.
