"I am sorry that you feel that way. I worked very hard on your kitchen remodel and did my best to make that a space that you would love. I am extremely disappointed that you believe my work to be "shoddy". I have never had any other client express disapproval with my quality of work, in fact it has been quite the opposite. I did all that I could to accommodate your requests and preferences. I was never dishonest with you and I did follow through with what I had promised. I cared deeply about doing a good job for you and treated you as a friend and not just a client. I am sad that you have been so critical of me and I am sorry that you are not happy with the work I have done."
