did not install hardy plank siding according to manufacturer recommendations. calls for plywood backing before nailing hardy plank and this was not done. I was not aware of manufacturer recommendations before we started but I feel the contractor should have known and let me know beforehand. I would have gladly paid the extra costs to have it built by code. Now I am stuck with hardy plank siding that will probably buckle in 2-3 years

Prompt, professional, competent. The siding and trim on the fireplace was replaced and the decks pressure washed. My house is 20 years old but they matched the paint perfectly. I can't comment on price because I haven't a clue about how it compares to the average.

Paul was very nice to work with, understood my problems. Explained a lot to me. Fair value for the project, I would definitely contact Paul again for further projects.

There were some confusion with the work that was to be done. I was out of town when they finally found time to get the job done, so I was not available to oversee the project. When I returned, I found that some things were missed and some were done that were not supposed to be done. When I addressed my concerns, they were corrected graciously and at no additional cost to me.

I was expecting the worse before Paul came out. He talked me through everything and i was not shocked at the bottom line, very reasonable for everything that was included. He takes pride in his work and take every opportunity to recommend him to other homeowners. After the job was finished, Paul came out because I still has concerns of areas that were supposed to be included in the original contract. No problem. He fixed it without gripe or delay.

Peachstate Remodeling was the first company to call me back from the 3 contractors that were given our info! I sent Paul pictures of the damage & he called back later that day to let me know what the cost would be for the repair. He got our work done in a timely fashion, and then sent me pictures of the repaired siding when the work was completed. with us being a company in the service industry we appreciate peachstate's hard work and will definitely use this company again !
