Mr. Albert's service is TOP NOTCH!! Our carpet is now spotless and smells so good. We had a few pet stains and dark spots, and all of those were gone. The carpet looks brand new! Mr. Albert is such a sweet and endearing man wth GREAT customer service. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him going forward.

I can briefly say They are completely expert at it. We had these white-ish cream carpets all around the 2nd store, bedrooms-closets-especially the stairs- with very bad looking stains. We found this company on Yelp and left the key for them. They left us with the best ever new looking carpets of all the time:)

I am pleased that I selected Al for cleaning our carpets. He had a professional manner. The price was right! The carpets appear new! I smile every time I walk into my bedroom and see that the stains, from our cat, that I thought were permanent have disappeared. I'll definitely call on him again.

Al is an absolute angel who delivered a Christmas miracle when our house flooded Christmas Eve. He visited first thing Christmas morning to remove the standing water, he cleaned multiple rooms, and disinfected. It's as if the flooding never happened! He responded promptly, was very caring and respectful on the phone, and was a joy to interact with in person. I highly recommend Al and would hire him again without a doubt.
