Fabric Awning or Patio Cover Installation and Replacement
I rejected the first awning they delivered due to poor workmanship on the seams. The second awning wasn't quite right either (the belt between the lower and upper sections wasn't quite tight enough) but i accepted it anyway. I will say their customer service was very good, keeping me informed throughout the rebuild process.

My mom's burgundy front door awning (a redo of an existing old gray one) is beautiful. Peachtree Awnings was completely professional and the service people were delightful real people who clearly understand that their company is top quality, and are very proud to sell and install awnings all over Atlanta and the Southeast. They even did the beautiful blue awnings for the Viking Cooking School and Store on Peachtree, where I teach culinary classes. The price was excellent for the quality.

final prices did not match initial estimate. Basic miscommunication factor, with no effort to adjust prices. If I hadn't paid 50% down to start, I would have canceled order. Quality of product was OK.

"This customer changed the order after the order was originally placed and was already in production. Revision to custom work incurred additional charges for shop time. We tried to minimize the additional cost to the customer."

called and they came out the next day to measure - based on my schedule. Once I ordered the awning, it was ready for install within a week's time. Took 20 minutes to install - guys were great! Very positive experience from start to finish - would definitely recommend and the awning looks fabulous
