Expert tree climber topped off and dropped down a newly dead, tall pine tree. Provided the service expected with professionalism.

Very easy to work with. I live in Texas and the property is in Jacksonville, FL. so I had to put my trust in someone. They are very trustworthy. Very pleased.

Phone communication was sporadic, email was a one-time occasion, and they did not return email answers to my questions. They first came and trimmed bushes, but the supervisor left and apparently did not leave proper instructions because the trimmers cut plants that the supervisor was told were not to be cut. A crew arrived to take down the tree at 1530 and departed around 1900 on 5/8/2017. Although the workers worked hard and showed competence, management and organization is seriously lacking. They did not cut the tree down to the point specified. They failed to clean the area as promised and expected. Rather than returning the next day to complete the work they went on to another job. After finally making phone contact and complaining about the failures they promised to return some time in future and finish the work. The on job supervisor was very courteous, enthusiastic and likeable but....... 5/10/2017 the work is still incomplete. 5/11/2017 - 1110: No action to complete the job yet. 5/15/2017 - 1146: No action to complete the job yet. 5/27/2017 - 1552: No action to complete the job yet; I paid two other people to clean most of the trash they left behind. 6/9/2017 - Still no action to complete the job - I paid and was told they would come back and finish - don't pay until they are done. 6/15/2017 - 1300: A crew returned to complete the job I paid for. And did a little extra cleanup. I like the workers, friendly and hard working, but company management is lacking.

Make sure they sure you watch them, so they finish what they quoted

Jason and the crew did a great job! They were able to come back quickly after the estimate and get the job done! They cleaned up after themselves and made a point to make sure I was happy with the plan before they even began to do work. The tree they took down for us was between our brand new fence and our pump house. I made certain they were licensed and insured (which they were) but there was no reason to worry. The tree fell exactly where they planned! They even worked into the night to get the job done, then came back for a quick walkthrough in the morning just to be sure that they left the area clean and to make sure there was nothing more that needed to be done. They were very professional and polite. Peachtree Landscape and Tree Service went above and beyond the price estimate and the service expectation! I WILL hire them again in the future and have already recommended them to friends and family.

They were very friendly and courteous. They did an excellent job of cutting the trees and cleaning up afterward. They raked the lawn and hauled off all of the tree branches. They showed up on time as requested. I would highly recommend this company.

Prompt and quick, removed derby and very pleased. I had been trying to find someone to do just what they did at a reasonable cost since this was a small tree. I will certainly use them for other projects.

Prompt and courteous service. Excellent job trimming of both trees and ground cover. Our job also required several trees be removed, grinding of stumps and new sod. We are very satisfied with the results.
