The sales rep was great in getting the contract. But, the actual workers were not professional.

Answered any questions I had.

They were punctual, thorough, and professional.

Promises were made by the salesman that weren't fulfilled and the office did not support. For $1,000.00 we were told our home would be protected from rodents entering our home. We were told a technician would come by daily and recirculate the traps. After r Paying $333.33 to get the process started, the office called and said it would be 17 days before the house would be sealed, and no traps would be placed until after the house was sealed and then only once a week. I was livid and told them I wanted to cancel the contract. The salesman then called and promised to personally set the traps and empty them on Monday. He never called to reset and empty the traps. The office didn't call, and we can't sleep at night due to all the noise coming from our attic. My advise is to stay away from these people. They are either incompetent or con men or both!

Overall I was impressed with the service l received from the initial intake process to the point where they came to service the house. They were professional and provided prompted services. I will highly recommended!

They came reviewed the area , gave quotes. I hired them for termite control.

Make sure you have tools available for the service person in case they need to clear any brush.

My experience working with Peachtree Pest Control has been very rewarding. This is my first time being associated with them and I find them to be knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very helpful in explaining what needs to be done and how it will be done. Very competitively priced too.

They came to our home the same-day!

Very professional and seems that they are doing good work, although it's still soon to judge. I just would like a little more care when spraying in the house in certain areas. Nevertheless, I confess I'm kind of chemic phobia freak !

The tech was very professional and courteous. I will use them again.

They removed a hornets nest that required a ladder. Not all who I talked to would remove hornets if they had to use a ladder to reach.
