We paid $4,600 for repair of chimney and putting missing cover on the top of chimney in August, 2021. About 3 weeks ago, the chimney cover of heavy black mattle flew away and fell luckily in the bushes of our next door neighbours house because it was not screwed to the top portion of the chimney. When i called Andy and explained about it, he told me that he is very busy and cannot do it now. I insisited to know WHEN he will take care of it. He finally told me that he will do it in 14 days. 14 days have passed, I reminded him of his promise, with no response. He was very rude and unpleasant to talk, not to mention the fact that he NEVER once apolozied for the lousy work done by his men. I felt like I have committed some kind of crime in telling him about the problem! I would NEVER recommend him and his men for ANY kind of work because his 10 years of warranty on the statement he gave is worthless. It apperas to me that he does not care about the problem his men created and ignores my complaint.

"Jay hired peacocks home remodeling Stocco His chimney we wired it a stucco at the completion of the stucco he asked us to put cap on flew was put on cemented in he was told about flew needing to be replaced for an additional 1000.00 he did not want to spend the money I told him I would install cap if he refuses the flew he then asked me to put it up there anyway I told him it would not stay so when he replaces the flew I will install the cap for him."

Arrived on time, and did a thorough job power washing my house from front to back, including the garage door and porch. Good job cleaning my gutters too. Did it all in a very reasonable amount of time, and the price was definitely affordable! Would definitely recommend to others.

Will not recommend this company because they did not complete the job they were hired for and the price was too high for the job they did do. Requested entire exterior of house be power washed and all gutters be cleaned and the roof above garage be swept off. The power wash of the exterior was nice. They only cleaned the front gutters and not the back gutters or the roof above the garage. I will not use their services in the future.

"We always do our best to make sure our clients are satisfied. We worked from 8am to 4:30pm and charged 400.00 to clean the entire brick exterior and the gutters had guards on them however the opening to the drains were completely cleaned out. Also, the garage roof was never mentioned to the best of my knowledge and I apologize for the misunderstanding. As far as the pricing goes it was a two story house covered in both algae and stains due to the gutters overflowing which we completely cleaned off and we completely washed out the drains for the gutters (we used the pressure washer gun to completely wash out the gutter drain)."

"I worked from 3:00 to 8:30 at night to get screens done for home owner. The misses said they looked good. 2 days later received an e_mail from home owner . He said a few screens that he was not satisfied with. I went back and put new screens in 5 for him at no charge to him that his misses said was already fine. I had already given him a discount of 110.00 for the whole job."
