I would rate the installation as fair.when doing the install he did the complete job beforeany real cleanup and other would not come in until he finished. There were 6 floor registers for the heating & cooling and none of them were cut to the correct size and had to have the GC come out and cut all the openings. By the opening to the garage there is a 1/2" of no flooring and haven't decided what I'm going to do about it.Going down the hallway the flooring runs vertical and at the end 2 rooms split off at a 45 degree and he installed molding at both doorways which he told me he had to do, I was in Calif. at the time. Now looking at it I see no reason why it could not have just been continued on without the molding strips and would have looked cleaner and more professional. It would have taken some extra labor in making the cuts but thats what a person pays for when hiring a PROFESIONAL. Scott is a very nice person but the install could have been quite a bit better but nothing can really be done now.

Project turned out bigger than expected so the schedule was way off, fault on both sides. Did great work. The only downfall was the cleanup/containment of the repairs. It could have been better. Was easy to work with. Stuck to his estimate only extras were things I requested during the project. Paid before project was paid before completed and he still finished the project. Overall good work.

Deck or Porch - Repair
my house and porch rails was supposed to be painted tannish to grayish color to match my shed and was painted a pinkish color not grey or tan and now my house and porch rails look pink Scott says from a email he sent me (Im not sure what to tell you about the color I didn't pick it I simply took what you had given to lowes and had them match the color so there's not a whole lot I can do about that. There was other issues as well and so we had gone to court and there was a judgement ordered against Peak Home Improvement and they refuse to pay the judgement.
Response from Peak Home Improvements
"This customer's trailer was painted with a color provided by the customer. She was present during the work and had no issue with the color she had chosen. 2 weeks later, she emailed and said that the park didn't like the color and she wanted us to repaint at no charge. Though we didn't choose the paint color, we did offer to do so if the customer provided paint. She refused to buy paint."
