Peak Inspections and Mitigation, is a home inspection and radon mitigation company in southeast WI. Peak specializes in real estate home inspection, radon testing and Mitigation. Property inspections are crucial for people in the housing industry as it is necessary when trying to sell a home, buy a home, or valuate a home. A full house inspection can identify problems with a home that may not be visible or apparent at first glance such as internal water pipe damage, corrosion, structural damage and more that could affect a home's pricing. In addition to building inspections for houses, Our real estate inspection service is also affordable so you won't have to break the bank insuring the quality of your home. If you need your home checked for radon, we also offer radon inspection to make sure your home is safe from the gas. If your home is tested high for radon we do offer installation of a onsite designed mitigation system that follows NRPP and NRSB standards

Radon Gas Testing
The home inspector was inaccurate with his report, he listed the wrong number of bedrooms. Wrote a discrepancy on what the city approved. Did not have a professional understanding of defaults and inspections terms used in reports. Because inspector did not know how to operate certain house functions he scripted it as inoperable. The inspector owns the company and we had no chance of commutable conversation with manager to better serve future consumers.

Todd was early to the inspection and got an early start before i even got there to reduce my time at the inspection! he brought me up to speed quickly on what he already covered once i arrived. he is completely up to date in his reporting methods, he uses an app that he takes notes with and pictures of everything the entire time and it outputs to you in an email the next day once he finished, that was awesome. he is very thorough and very courteous. he also give plenty of general advice about home care and tips about what to do to keep the house in tip top shape once owning it. very professional and you can tell likes the job. highly reccomend

Very professional job from top to bottom of the house. I was made aware of things I didn't even notice. Explained each discrepancy in the house and what to do to fix those problems. I even called him back when I noticed something in the basement wall, and he came back out at no charge, and re-inspected just to ease my mind. The report and pictures were very detailed, and used by me to have repairs made prior to buying the house.

This was our first home. We had no idea what to expect with a home inspection. We appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and patience Peak Home Inspections gave us during the whole process. The reports were detailed and very easy to understand, especially for us first home buyers. We would not recommend any other home inspector, Peak Home Inspections was GREAT!
