I will continue to post this information everywhere until YOU call ME. Do you honestly think Iâ m going to call you again after being ignored for months. You can call me. You have my number. I want Matt to call me. Peak Home Performance continues to ignore my texts and calls. They make promises to get back to me by the end of the day then I never hear from them again. This company obviously does not care about their customers after they have received their money. I will never work with them or recommend them. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DROP/IGNORE YOU. SEAN. Do not contact me to take this review down until you have an actual date and time set for the insulation company to come out to my house and finish the job you agreed to do. Dealing with Peak Home Performance has been difficult and disappointing. They installed a furnace in my home TWO YEARS AGO and while we had some things on our part that we had to resolve, we fixed everything LAST YEAR. We have been waiting on Peak Home Performance and Sean to do their part of the job for over a year. Thanks to SEAN and PEAK HOME PERFORMANCE we still have a lean on our home, we cannot sell. And the city can fine us every month Peak Home Performance procrastinates on resolving our permit issue. We aren't waiting on anything else, just Sean to actually do his job! Awful experience so far. Is it really that hard to get a insulation company to come out? We are waiting on you, Sean. How many times must I make a poor review for you to panic and finally contact me? How many times do I have to call you and remind you to do your job? I am no longer interested in being nice to you or your company when you refuse to contact myself or my husband and even let us know what is going on. We are FORGOTTEN by Peak Home Performance and Sean because they already have our money and finishing the job doesn't make them anymore. SERIOUSLY if you are actually trying to get work done on your home and have them finish it, do not go with Peak Home Performance. Or at least do not give them any money until they have actually completed the job. This review will remain up until the permit issue is resolved. If you see this review is still here, its because Peak Home Performance still has not followed through with their promises.

I have an old furnace that had asbestos wrapped ductwork. This company came out through home depots HVAC program. When their lead engineer came out to help their sales rep give me a quote I informed them of the asbestos and he also acknowledged this fact. They still quoted me removal of the ductwork. I would later find out that no HVAC company is certified to handle asbestos. The day came and their employees started cutting into the asbestos wrap. I realized there was no way they could have set up containment that quickly and stopped their workers. I asked them if their boss told them it was asbestos. They said "no." After calling their boss he told them to just "spray" it with water. But I told them they cannot continue. The company essentially told me "Tough luck" even though they had a spiel about making it right if they damage your home. Well I had 7,000 dollars worth of damage that needed abatement. The company left their furnace and all the gear at my house for 38 days getting free storage. It wasn't until I sent official mail that they finally tried to contact me to retrieve their potentially contaminated equipment. They had the nerve to send one guy to grab the gear. I had to help the poor guy get it out of my basement because I felt bad for him. Same guy that got blasted by aspestos dust. Seems like a great employer (sarcasm) Repeated attempts to speak to their general manager have failed. The guy who answered the phone assures me they will call me but haven't gotten a call. Same goes for the complaint department at home Depot. They said I'd be contacted and still have not. This company goes through checklists of their "promises" but they don't honor them. Beware their shady practices. Another note they told me they could continue the work by spraying it. This would have been a major violation of CDPHE and OSHA. Lucky for them I didn't allow them because they would have been in trouble. I have a recording of them saying that.

Peak performance installed coleman heater and it ran fine until criminal installer switched fan speed to low and cracked transistors board. Next tech wired new board wrong and left it no running. I bought new heater on Oct 19 2024. I have not been able to use it since installer Tom cracked board yanking on yellow high fan wire. I have had.nothing but problems. I ordered 2 coleman heaters. Peak came and installed msytag heater that never worked. I had to hold back money until correct heater was installed! This company is full of drug addicts and losers. I would never use the again and I may end up suing Peak for problems above plus more not listed. Mike [Consumer Name Removed]

Peak Home stands by their work. Very professional contractor that provides HVAC install or repair that is reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this contractor for any HVAC work needed.

Excellent is the word to describe peak home performance! They installed a new AC unit 9 months ago and were absolutely amazing. My heater began acting up so I called them again. They were here the same day even though it's a drive for them. Kody was great about explaining my various options including replacement which is what I decided to do. I also wanted new duct work but in. They were so responsive and professional when the came to install. Dom, Collin, Bob and one more person worked so efficiently. They were all polite, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. I purchased a high efficiency unit and I just couldn't believe how much difference this new unit and new duct work made. It is so quiet I don't even hear it and I no longer feel drafts. It has made my older home so much more comfortable. In addition, I haven't had the temperature above 67 degrees but it feels much warmer. I'm very pleased with peak home performance and all the staff have done work for me. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends. Great job guys!!!!!

Peak Home Performance just completed a multi-zone mini-split (ductless air conditioning) installation for us, and we are very happy with the result. Our project was notably long and complex. Most mini-split installations can be completed in one day, but our job took three days. One reason that our job took so long was that it involved routing gas lines and a dryer duct. Peak Home Performance had the necessary breadth of knowledge and experience to cover these parts of the job as well as installing the mini-splits. Another issue was that our house is nearly 100 years old, and has many design quirks that made the mini-split installation difficult. Fortunately, the Peak installation team was able to perform the necessary design engineering on-the-fly, creating clever, robust solutions to those problems. Shaun Harney at Peak created the initial project quote for our job, and he gave us great confidence in Peak's ability to complete the work. He has extensive HVAC field installation experience himself, which allowed him to expertly address all of the issues we raised. His attention to detail was also a strength. For example, he noted that the condensation pump for the head units can be annoyingly noisy in bedrooms, and he took steps to move those pumps to locations which would mask the noise. The installation team was lead by Francisco Panelo, who was professional and competent. His work ethic and commitment to a robust and attractive installation were very helpful. He even expressed willingness to work on our project on Saturday, if necessary, to get the job done. One clever insight he provided was to use an air vent in our boiler room as a port for routing one of the line sets. He did much of the work himself, personally, though Matthew who was his primary assistant for the job, also did excellent work. Together they made a great team. We heartily endorse Peak Home Performance as a reliable source of skilled, efficient installers of HVAC systems. They provided a very competitive bid, were always on time, and responded to every concern and issue that we raised, promptly and effectively. We will certainly plan to reach out to them any time we have any HVAC service or installation problem in the future.

I needed and AC unit this summer of 2020 as the previous owner of the home I purchased had gutted the system. Talked with a number of contractors for the job, and decided to go with Peak Home Performance. Their price was reasonable, offered more guarantees then I could use in a life time and the representative Kyle seemed to know his trade very well. I could not have been more satisfied with the end results. First off they contacted me as they had a previous scheduled customer cancel and offered to get my project done a few days ahead. Since they did not have the AC unit I ordered in the warehouse they offered to upgrade me to a more expense Carrier unit for the same price, as they had one available, thank you very much Peak! The technicians showed up on schedule and Peak sends out text and email letting you know when they will arrive. Also includes a photo of the technician so you know exactly who you will be working with. Wore masks and shoe protectors anytime they were inside and covered carpet areas with drop cloths for additional protection. They kept me informed during the entire install and discussed best plan for routing new lines. Very clean install, technicians were professional and courteous and cleaned up after their work. Friday night after the install my HVAC system developed a high whistle sound. I texted Kyle not expecting to hear back until Monday on the issue. That same Saturday Peak returned my text and had someone on site to check things out. Turns out issue was due to incorrect item with furnace install that was done by someone else. The technician from Peak quick found the issue, did not charge me for repair and fixed another bad duct work run that previous furnace installed left, which could have caused major problems down the road. A few weeks later they also followed up to make sure everything was running well. It is obvious from my experience with Peak that their business model is to professionally perform the job right and respect to their customers. I highly recommend this company as they went above and beyond what I expected and I would not think twice about working with them again for further HVAC projects.

Just closed on a house in Northgate. Needed to replace the two 18 yr old Rheem furnaces. Kyle Edward's, lead technician and sales for my project, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It is very hard to overstate how well he did. I will stay with Peak Home indefinitely.
