Great company to work with. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything. My only complaint is there was a very small communication error in regards to installing a new emergency shut off switch. (The owner in a phone call said they would because old furnace was on fuses, but the installers were not aware). The moment I brought this up though they said not an issue and did it right away which I am grateful for so still giving 5 stars because there was absolutely no hesitation to do it. The installers were very kind and considerate. They put down fabric so they didn't track any dirt or rust from the old furnace, and they cleaned up after themselves in the basement very well, they swept and sprayed down everything they could in the area they worked in. Price was also very competitive I checked with a total of 4 HVAC businesses. These guys came in second, but the lowest one was so ridiculously low compared to others that I didn't trust the workmanship and quality so I went with the second lowest (Peak Mechanical). No complaints here!

Work estimate was competitive and product is very good quality. Work done by 2 courtesy and conciensss employees who completed the project and left the area clean. Explaining the proper way to operate the equipment installed.

They fixed the problem but didn't make sure the drain valve was completely shut. Now the water heater is dripping water and I can't get them to respond to me and come back and fix it. Still trying to reach them. Getting in touch with them is the challenge. I am sure they will come back if I can reach them. They should call and make sure the work was completed. But they don't.

I scheduled via HomeAdvisor and didn’t hear back from them about the service scheduled so texted and received a prompt reply. They arrived early and the technician was beyond nice and courteous. Very professional. Highly recommend d.

The vendor was not aware that my appointment was slated for 9 AM and came to do my service at 7:30 AM! At least they showed up.

My central AC wasn't working during a heat wave. Peak Mechanical showed up as scheduled and, fortunately, found it was a just a broken sensor and a quick fix. My house and the AC are 17 years old, so I could've been "sold" a replacement system by an unscrupulous contractor. The service tech was great to work with and I appreciated his honesty in diagnosing the problem.

Had 3 different estimates. Did research on furnaces/air conditioners online. They did everything correct, and did not try to rip me off. I did not need a new furnace as another company told me for the price of $7850. My repair with this company will be probably 600.-700.
