Wonderful experience!!!

We called Peak Painting by virtue of their Yelp and Google reviews and ratings. We first spoke with Karen, telling her of our timeline and desired dates. She said that they could come in around our dates. Next, Robert came and viewed our house (exterior) and gave us some ideas and some advice. Both were very well presented and well received by us. We got a few bids and Peak came in at 2nd position...a good place to be in my opinion. Robert came again and consulted with us on color ideas and combinations. Peak works with a reputable paint store in town and they gave us some great ideas also. They came to do the job exactly when they said they would, had all the paint necessary, and did some outstanding prep work on the house. Primer and two coats of paint. Re-joined some fascia boards that were separated, scraped old paint where necessary (a lot of places) and did outstanding, meticulous work. Attention to detail and owner satisfaction were paramount to them. We couldn't be happier with our choice and with Peak's beautiful work. They even cleaned up wonderfully. showed up on time. explained what was to be done and why. I received a written quote that afternoon. when it was time to start, the men arrived, were very diligent and polite. did the work and cleaned up when the job was done. we had a finale walk through and I was very satisfied.

Francisco and his team are excellent! My house is gorgeous and they were all extremely polite and professional. Francisco is a wonderful leader and has the integrity that many companies lack.

Peak Painting, LLC's crew did an excellent job, caulking and repairing items as needed before painting. They finished the job timely and we have already received many compliments on how nice our home looks. We had some challenging areas due to our house being on a hillside and having a long covered porch, and this company handled all of that for us with no problem. We highly recommend them!

We have never worked with a more unprofessional company in our 23 years of homeownership. Robert has promised and not followed through. Karen and Robert play the runaround game. They left our vacant house filthy. Overspray everywhere and curling caulking. Paint on tile, grout, granite and birch cabinetry. Walls, ceiling and trim look like half assed job they missed an entire door left sanded and they missed walls and baseboard in areas. Paint dust left on windowsills, baseboards, appliances, tubs, screens and pretty much everywhere. They stood on our stove and cleaned off their paint brushes in our master bathroom sinks and in kitchen sink. My husband called Robert to have our concerns addressed. Robert said he be out Friday afternoon. My husband left work early to be met by Roberts crew not Robert. They handed him a roll of blue tape and told him to mark his discrepancies. Needless to say we are still finding discrepancies two weeks later. Robert was supposed to address our discrepancies this Saturday and Robert told us "not sure what you are talking about", that we need to email Karen. There is wall paint on trim and trim paint on walls. Paint drops on tub, shower, granite counters and walls. Paint on doorbell, thermostat and light switch/outlet covers. Robert tried to blame imaginary house guest on the discrepancies. He has told my husband who is a California license general contractor "is this your first house you are overseeing". We emailed Karen our concerns this morning, a list of over 40 issues with pictures. Karen text messages us back saying we are a joke and that Robert will laugh hysterically at us, and that they are too blessed to deal with us. Karen finishes the text message off stating that I am crazy! We are totally shocked at Peak Painting and Robert and Karen's behavior. We will be filing a formal complaint.

These were wonderful people to work with who did an exceptional job for an excellent price. They are true craftsmen who worked with great attention to detail. We were renovating an older house, and many problems were uncovered during their painting of the entire interior and lacquering of the cabinets. Peak Painting never took any shortcuts, always fixing things first so that the end result would be gorgeous. And it is! My husband and I strongly recommend them and will use them again for the outside of the house.

I MUST REVISE MY ORIGINAL REVIEW I received HORRIBLE customer service right after I wrote the review below and gave all 5 stars to Peak Painting. IN MY ORIGINAL CONTRACT I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE A ONE MONTH FOLLOW UP TO RECHECK THE EPOXY, AS WELL AS HAVE MY DRIVEWAY POWER CLEANED BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE DIRT AND TIRE TRACKS PEAK PAINTING TRUCKS LEFT BEHIND. NEITHER OF THESE WERE COMPLETED, AS WELL AS SOME TOUCHUP. THE OWNER, Robert was a no show after he told me at least 4 times in 2 weeks, that he would be at my house to complete the additional work he agreed on....ie, replacing a log above the front porch, putting together some cabinets and rebuilding my gate. DONT VERBALLY MAKE AN AGREEMENT THAT YOU WONT KEEP! He finally sent over his workers to complete all of the touch up work. They did not have some of the correct materials to complete that. Robert told me they would put together the cabinets, but they had no idea about that either. They told me Robert would be over in the afternoon. Again, a no show. I finally got fed up and I called him on it. He had a complete personality change. THE FOLLOWING TEXT was his response to me telling him that we would have to part ways and this is why I wrote Time is of the essence in the contract. I am finished with all my painting garage floor the extras would be your gate and the cabinets that get put together which was never part of my original bid all I had on my bed was painting the garage floor and the guest room in the garage with the bathroom all of that is done all of my stuff is 100% complete it that's why the guys were there today to do the final painting and like I said I will let you know what I can do as far as adding more work to my contract but I never got paid for the gate it was never even set to start and we never even came up with a final decision on how much it was going to be to install in Mount the cabinets which I was going to do just for you because you can't lift them but if we're going to have to part ways I understand but again it was going to be a separate charge for the gate for the piece of wood on the stucco above the front porch and for the cabinets never included in my original cost we were just adding to it never got paid for it agai! n just wanted to clarify that thank you let me know if there's a change of mind ORIGINAL REVIEW They put epoxy on my garage floor and painted the garage. And then, I kept adding little projects...Painting and putting in engineered floor in my office. NowI have asked them to build me a new front gate, as well as putting together some cabinets that I ordered. So yes, I would recommend them. I am extremely picky, and they fixed areas that I wasn't happy with...very minor issues, probably things other people would not even notice. Robert is happy to please, so that works out with me being picky! I already have plans for some more inside painting.

They showed up when they said they would and did the work they said they would. It is a vast improvement to our house!

Did exactly what I wanted.

Nice work using quality paint. Only suggestion I have is make sure you everything in writing on what is covered, including patching nail holes and plaster cracks - we were told they would be taken care of at time of estimate but it wasn't in proposal so the painters on the job sight did not do them, my husband had to do them at night so they were ready to paint the second coat.

When I bought my house in December 2016, the oak cabinets had been painted white, then a dark mauve, ugly! Robert and his crew did an outstanding job stripping and refinishing my cabinets. They are now beautiful oak as they should be. Robert even refinished the cutting board. Great workmanship, great attention to detail.

Would highly recommend this contractor. Robert is very nice and always wants to do what you want. I am fairly new at hiring contractors to do work but I do check around and ask others what they paid so I feel like I am getting a good price. I have a lot of cabinets so it took longer than I hoped but I certainly didn't want to do it myself. My kitchen looks so much better and brighter. It was honey oak and now white!!! Love it~~~~

I can't say enough great things about Franky, Tristan, Robert and Kel at Peak Painting. I had five different companies bid our home for exterior paint. I'll admit Peak wasn't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. Regarding pricing you need to make sure you know what your getting. I was very impressed with Robert when he came over to inspect the house. He walked me around the house and explained exactly what he intended to do and what he would be including in his quote. I think one thing that really impressed me was Roberts attention to detail. He even pointed out my gates, at first I thought it was just a way for him to make more money but after hearing his reasoning I was excited to have it done. Robert said "the finished product is a reflection of him and his company and he wouldn't feel right calling the job done if the gates don't get done." Of course I was concerned about the added price but Robert assured me it wouldn't be that much more. I felt like this spoke volumes about Robert's integrity. Once Peak started the project things went fast. Franky and Tristan are amazing. They were extremely diligent about there work. They kept our house and all the surrounding areas clean threw out the project. Franky made sure to communicate there plan everyday so we were never left wondering. Upon completion of the job we were very excited the house looked amazing and the quality of work was second to none. Peak had done everything they said they would. They not only repainted our house and gates but they replaced the gate slats with synthetic slates that will last a lot longer with no maintenance. In addition to the gates they also repainted our front porch lights. Everything looks like new! We were blown away. It's like coming home to a new house. Thank you Peak
