He was incredibly transparent, taking the time to thoroughly explain the issues with our basement and the solutions needed. He recommended replacing the metal beam with IntelliJack supports and installing helical piers to ensure a lifetime fix for the heaving problem on our main floor. What truly stood out was Sean's commitment to his customers. Despite a winter storm and poor road conditions, he kept our appointment and arrived on time. His knowledge and care gave us complete confidence in the work required. Dan inspected our driveway and porch. He walked me through everything in detail. Mike and Warren came and did an amazing job. They walked me through everything they were going to do, gave me updates, and then walked me through everything that was done. Everything is filled and raised to where it should be. They also sealed everything extremely well. I will be recommending them to my neighbors.

I am writing to offer my highest recommendation for Groundworks. But the background may surprise you. We hired Groundworks to help with leveling our front porch as well as fixing cracks in the walkway. As much as I would love to tell you that everything went perfectly and we were thrilled with the result, that would only be half true. In fact things initially went wrong, very wrong! But Groundworks stood behind their work! When other contractors would make excuses and fail to return your phone calls, the team at Groundworks stepped up to the plate BIG TIME! They promptly returned and frankly went above and beyond to make things right. I have had many contractor experiences in my time, but Darren Clark and team are top notch. While there were challenges initially Groundworks worked diligently and really came through, especially when it was tough. For this reason, I offer my recommendation without reservation, thank you for standing behind your work!

We had to have our finished basement retrofitted with a sump pump and drainage channels. Edgar M, Dylan S, and Diego B were very professional, clean and thorough. They explained the scope of the work first, proceeded to finish all of the work and did their very best to maintain the integrity of our home. When they were finished they cleaned up everything, almost as if they had never been there. The new equipment was tested and demonstrated to me. Everything was explained thoroughly. They were a true pleasure to have in our home. I highly recommend the Groundworks crew.

Derek Enslow was thorough in his inspection of our home and property, and explained all his findings explicitly. Our questions and concerns were all addressed. Derek is extremely knowledgeable and, as noted, thorough. Weâ  re looking forward to working with him and the team as our project is completed.

We had Clem, Luis, and Dylan install foundation supports at a corner of our foundation that was showing signs of settling. They were very professional, and respectful. I haven't seen young men work this hard for some time. It was very impressive to see. Thanks guys.

The crew, consisting of Tristan, Jaden, and Downey, were excellent. They were professional, efficient, competent, and willing to explain the work as it proceeded, providing all information requested. We particular like their work hours - arrive at 7 am and were done by 3 pm. We approached the work with some trepidation but it went very smoothly and they finished ahead of time. Five stars was well earned.

From estimate to job completion, Groundworks provided excellent communication and service. Logan was super helpful with all of our questions and even came out to ensure everything was going to be in order for the job. The work crew with Spenser A, Noah, Garrett W, and Alex were TOP NOTCH. They were respectful and communicative and answered all of my questions throughout the process. They worked so hard and stayed on track for a three day job completion. It's awesome to see such nice guys making the dream work with team work! Your company is represented well by all of these individuals and we would highly recommend Groundworks.

The three men, Edgar, Jackson B., & Bobby B., were awesome. I have not had such hard working, polite workers in a very long time. They did my crawl hole. I run a child care in my basement. All 6 kids were even able to nap. Their work was professionally done. Their ethics were amazing. When they left , my house was clean. Groundworks should be very proud of their employees.
