Raise a Concrete Foundation Comment: Whatever timeline they give you for completion, triple it. Say good-bye to your front yard, and all of the hard work you have put in to grow grass, because it will be all torn up, with ruts from the equipment they use. And bases of trees 50 feet from the project will have gashes. Set aside extra money for tuck pointing and brick repair, because even though you had standing brick walls before, AFTER Peak is done, all the mortar will be shaken out of the walls and it is your responsibility, not theirs, to repair them. Even if previously solid walls are now mobile. Also none of their concern: front doors or windows that no longer lock after Peak is done. Take it upon yourself to cover front doors or windows prior to the arrival of the concrete crew, because they splatter concrete EVERYWHERE!! Not to mention the huge chunks of concrete all over the yard, and small chunks that are impossible to remove. When dirt is put back, plan to do your own grading. Peak is not responsible for making sure the dirt is sloped down away from the foundation. Huge holes will be left behind, and half of your dirt is now in your neighbor's yard. Keep asking for a point person. No one communicates with anyone else! Too many people involved, and none have ever set foot on the premises. WHO is overseeing this project? May I PLEASE have an itemized invoice? Will someone PLEASE tell me when the concrete crew is arriving? Do YOU consider this a job well done? (Answer: it is not negligence). For this amount of money, I would expect a job well done-- NOT! Or at least one where I am not having to try to come up with additional funds to repair all of the damage from PEAK. Recommended? No

This company came out without charge to assess my water leak. They were responsive, customer focused, thorough, knowledgeable, EXPERIENCED, and educated me on “water” and drainage. Although the first plumber I hired thought my basement leak was “structural,” Peak knew and understood that THAT wasn’t likely. They redirected me to consider the problem as “plumbing” with tips and insights that ultimately pinpointed the probable source of the leak. If It HAD turned out to be a structural problem I would have hired them in a New York minute!

Austin and his crew were not only profession but friendly. I was nervous about having concrete in my basement removed for a new sump pump system. But Austin explained all of the details to me as he progressed & that made me comfortable. They were also very neat. I was very happy with their work that day. Thanks again, Austin!

They were great to work with. The men sent out were very pleasant and looked like they did an excellent job. They didn't take any short cuts in sealing of the joints and cracks. I was told what they were doing and why. They were expensive but I'm sure once all has dried I will be happy with there work..

I cannot really evaluate whether more foundation was fixed, other than that my wall cracks have stopped widening, so it seems so. The team started and finished the job late, despite saying it should be quick and take fewer days than planned. A redbud tree in my yard was severely damaged by the machinery, with no acknowledgment from the team. All our stepping stones were smashed by the excavator, as well, when they could be easily picked up and moved. I did not move them because I was told the excavator would come in via the other part of the fence. A drain pipe was cut, and the team would have re-buried it had I not been home to run water down the drain. They did a quick patch and recommended I have a plumber look at it - the ultimate permanent repair cost $4500, and was mine to cover.
Response by Peak Structural: We appreciate your honest and detailed feedback and apologize for the experience you've had with our team. We have reached out to you via phone and would like to address and resolve any concerns you had with our company as soon as possible.

Even though it was a dusty project, I thought they would have cleaned up more of the dust. Dust covered everything in the entire basement area, even in the completed basement area where there was furniture. Maybe I expected too much.
Response by Peak Structural: Thank you for your feedback on your project. We apologize for the dust. We do our best to protect the property as best we can during all our installations to ensure any disturbance is kept to a minimum.
