Dave was my salesperson and did a great job. No hard sell, which I appreciated. He was very thorough, answering all my questions. The actual project - I had a steel beam and steel supports put in the basement crawl space to replace a wooden beam and supports installed by a previous owner. The previous work was not holding up. The team consisted of Dennis, Josh, Gabe and Chris, They did a great job, worked consistently till it was done and worked together well as a team. They were all nice, polite guys, I got this done before the recent acquisition by Groundworks. Groundworks is lucky to get these guys.

We contacted them for an estimate and an appointment was set with Joe Andres. He was on time, very pleasant and attentive to our concerns. After presenting his product and process, we decided to move forward with the project. We were contacted shortly thereafter and the actual work was scheduled. Mike was team leader, supported by Aven and Casey. They arrived on time and exceeded our expectations.

Rick, Jackson and Dylan did a great job setting new structural beams under my 3 story house to keep it from sagging inward. They were pleasant and hardworking as well as they worked very hard to have the job have no damage to the upstairs of my house. They went the extra mile and I thank them.

Our home was really improved by the work of Spenser, Tyler, Caleb and Zack. These fellows were very motivated, energetic and serious about the job they were doing, and did the work with a great deal of professionalism and intent on doing the best job they could. The were really totally united together in doing a really good job of groundwater mitigation in our basement, and also the arduous work of sealing the crawlspaces and cleaning up construction debris from years before. I was really impressed by their teamwork and motivation and the great job they performed. Thank you!

Peak Structural has a great warranty and they honor it completely. After our driveway and garage concrete slabs resettled. They came out again, took pictures, came up with a plan to re-level and fixed it. Their technician, Sam, was very helpful and described exactly what they would do, and how long it would take. When finished, they cleaned up the work areas. We highly recommend their product and service.

I had purchased a crawlspace encapsulation system from Peak Structural a few weeks ago. I had noticed that I needed some extra insulation in the ceiling of the crawlspace. I called a manager, Darren, from Peak Structural and he immediately got me a service technician, Jacob T., to come out later in the week to completely fix the issue. This company completely goes above and beyond in all regards. It has been such an honor to work with such a company that will resolve any issues on the spot. Plus, I have to tell you this, Jacob T. is a rock star. I have never met another technical so good as his job. I showed him the issue and he immediately fixed it. He walked me through the entire process and showed me all the work along the way. Peak Structural has the best technicians, managers that really care about their customers and I am just so grateful for this business in helping me fully encapsulate my crawlspace and doing such a fantastic job. You will blown away by this company, its product/services and more importantly its customer service. Outstanding, outstanding, outstanding!

Having worked with another foundation company previously in which I had a nightmare experience, working with Peak Structural was a dream! From the two hours that Dave spent at the estimate to the incredible install led by Greg, this is how a company should communicate and execute foundation work! Thorough, responsive, and honest, this company just gets It . I hope I never need more foundation work, but Colorado soils are bound to shift again. I will use Peak Structural next time as well!

Overall quality of work was excellent. Thanks to Randy, Eric B. and Zach. Poly Level and sealing was performed on first day, followed by joint and crack sealant (caulking) the following week. Joint and crack sealing work was meticulous and looks beautiful. Old sealant was removed prior to new application. A slight ding only for pre-installation customer service. I had a few questions that initially took multiple calls to get a response. This issue was later resolved and support was very good after that. Based on the quality of work and professionalism of the installers, I would definitely recommend Peak Structural to my friends and neighbors.

Eric B and Moose completed the work. They did a great job and the work turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I am very satisfied and would recommend Peak Structural for any concrete/foundation project!

They say, Plot follows character and after meeting Tim Mxxxxx, a representative of Peak Structural, I agree! Tim went above and beyond in his assessment of our foundation problem. He did not just breeze in, give a quick look around, and spout off an estimate. Tim spent four hours in our home and on our property, taking vertical and lateral measurements, inspecting every wall that might be compromised and every crack that might hold a clue. Then he spent time with my wife and me, asking what we needed in a company that was about to do a major surgery on our beloved home. And finally, Tim discussed the numbers with us. He did not to up-sell us... did not suggest the most expensive solution to our problem... did not push when I told him we wanted to spend a day in prayer about the matter before signing on the dotted line. In the end, we chose Peak Structural over LifTech and Complete Basement because of Tim. All this to say, plot really does follow character! Peak Structural is a great company because it is filled with characters like Tim Miller

Peak Garage Doors were very responsive, quickly diagnosed the situation and fixed the problem (installed new opener, provided requested remotes the next day. I would definitely hire these guys again if necessary! Great job guys!

Zach Mxxxxxx and Carlos Axxxxx were efficient, courteous and provided excellent explanation as to what they were doing in connection with annual maintenance of sump pump system.

Xavier did the inspection and was very thorough and detailed. Did a excellent job.
