Carpentry Framing - Install
Exceptional, I was quite pleased with the entire job. I had very few problems and when one did arise it was handled in a professional manner and corrected on the spot by the fine professional framer. I am a contractor and have built a number of homes and was very pleased with the whole job. I would highly recommend Mr. Mills and Peak To Porch Construction to anyone who is interested in quality work. My home is a custom home which is highly visible on a well traveled water way on the Chesapeake Bay. My wife and I have received many compliments of which Mr Mills can be very proud of.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
I am very pleased with my whole project. I have a one of a kind screened porch and deck thanks to Butch Mills and his expertise. It was a project that needed to be planned as it was being built. I wanted a lot of "special" things. Butch just kept nodding and saying, "I can do that for you". He wasn't happy until I was happy. I look forward to years of enjoyment from my new porch and deck.

Building Site - Preparation and Clearing
The initial project was clearing a piece of property, but I was so impressed with this guy that I hired him to build my house. So far he has done an excellent job.

The project was completed late, and failed final inspection and he has yet to come back to finish.

"The project was custom, completed on time and at a ridiculously low price, consumer was argumentative and hostile throughout the project and refused to communicate except via text message. The failed inspection was due to a 2' railing that at the time of completion we were unaware was required. We spoke with Miss Cheatham a few days ago about coming out for install but she is still dissatisfied."
