Professional worked with schedule and timeline well.

The windows donâ t open well. They stick. As to the quality of the workmanship, it did not look right. They were not of the quality of the ones that we had replaced. The exterior of our newly painted stucco needs to be repainted, From the caulk they put in.They said that would go away but it didnâ t. It is all over the trim. Very noticeable.

We were extremely impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail. They were honest and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all our questions and worked until the job was complete. We would hire them again and again!!!

The first team who removed the old windows and replaced the new windows were very efficient and cleaned up everything as promised when they were done. The second team came to remove the old ledges and replaced the new ledges did a nice job but didn't clean up the shavings from my new carpet. That's why I had wanted to place my own covering down. I got it cleaned up without any problems. The windows are very nice. They are very nice people and want their customers to be satisfied with the product.

They went into their shop in a Saturday to make sure our window was built the correct way! Talk about customer service! Beyond happy and satisfied with the quality of work they did! If you need a window (or several) you need Peak Windows!

Poor communication. I had to call to find out date of install. Permit hadn't been applied for but I was told on phone that she was sure Tyler would not have her schedule install if he didn't already have it. Called city to find out wasn't even applied for and had been 2 weeks since contract was signed. Cost almost $3000 for one egress window, window well and cement cutting. We dug hole. Cement not hauled away. I was Told that was part of excavation that I didn't pay for (it was an additional $2000). Foam and caulking not cleaned up around edges. I believe they only use subcontractors and do not have own employees.

The sales and customer service team were great, and the product is a good value for the money - much less expensive than competition. However, I was frustrated by the installation team. They damaged interior walls while getting out the old window (and blamed it on moisture which is absolutely not accurate because I watched him use the wall support as leverage which is what popped off the drywall) and the caulking on the exterior is horrendous with the caulking smeared on the siding, hanging over the window frame, and the window frame itself which is attracting dirt. I would buy from this company again, but I'll have them research who installer was and request someone different.

I had 4 windows installed. The price wad was reasonable. They inelegantly the windows, cleaned up any mess, hauled away the old stuff, and were very professional.

Best Price. They were honest about their timeline. 5 windows took half a day. They cleaned up everything. I have more windows to be done and will be using them again.

From the estimator, to the installation crew, and the office personnel, these people are professionals. On time, knowledgeable, courteous and clean, I'll use them on future jobs and recommend them to anyone that wants a worry free experience.

Very professional. Excellent communication. Very helpful with explaining thing in a way I could understand them. Went out of their way to and made me feel like a valued customer. Their work was flawless and they completed the job quickly. It’s honestly probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had working with a contractor.
