Peake Restoration formally Chesapeake Restoration is a family owned and operated business. We are a proud dealer for Caltex International providing mold remediation services since 1987. We handle everything from certified third party laboratory mold testing, complete mold remediation and crawl space vapor barriers and encapsulation to deck, patio and fence cleaning. We also specialize in exterior home and building cleaning including roof, docks, piers and bulkheads. Complete line of wood and stone restorations services available. Discovering a considerable mold problem that required tearing apart my kitchen and bathroom was very upsetting. But thanks to Keith Bock And his men the problem got solved fairly quickly. I am so grateful and completely satisfied with Peake Restoration! I previously had a mold inspection done and tests showed I had black mold in the air in my bedroom. I am highly allergic to mold and mildew and suffer asthmatic attacks. I contacted Peake and Keith came out. He explained exactly what he would do to find the mold and gave me an estimate, which I felt was more than reasonable. He discovered the mold and the cause of it! He quickly completed the work in the exact estimated time and I also received a discount for my cash payment. Keith even gave me suggestions on ways to prevent future mold and keep the air clean and pure. I definitely recommend Peake Resolutions and I am so grateful to Keith and his crew!

Peake Restoration is an excellent company to work with. Keith and his crew were very professional and responsive to our needs. Keith identified the mold in the paneling in our basement family room and other basement areas, which another company completely missed. Keith explained the remediation process. It was scheduled and done in one day. Brandon, who did the remediation, did an excellent job. He walked through to see what needed to be done in each area, and explained what he was going to do. When he was finished, he walked us through all areas, pointed things out, and asked if we had any questions. The difference between before and after was amazing. We couldn't be more pleased with the result.
