I only have positive things to talk about this company. I used them to install a new electrical system, and enhance my light fixtures. I found them on YGRENE preferred list. They're super professional, prompt, honest and hard working team. I am very pleased with their work. I love the communication with Pedro (owner). You can tell he takes great pride in providing the best experience for the customers. The receptionist Mariana was always communicative throughout the process. The technician were super professional and got the job done fast. I work in the real estate business and sometimes its hard to find a honest, professional and good quality electrician contractor to refer to clients. Now I have an electrician to call for my needs and refer to my clients. Great experience. I highly recommend them for all electrical repair or upgrade needs including generators, solar panels, cameras. You name it. They do it all.

They cleaned up the mess of two solar companies I hired to install a 15Kw system with battery towers. I wish I had started with them. Miguel really knows his stuff and his group is extremely professional, efficient and a great value compared to other companies.

Peal Development added an electrical panel and added two circuits for a pool heat pump and a portable spa. They also repaired the wiring to some exterior lighting that was improperly wired by a previous electrician. His pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work that was performed. The best thing about Pedro is that he takes his time to get everything done correctly and performs a 100% inspection of all wiring before applying power. The work was completed in a timely manner and done very neat and professional and the job site was left clean after completion. I will be calling Pedro when I need any electrical work done in the future and will recommend him without question.

My experience working with Pedro at Peal Development Group has been an overwhelmingly positive one. I first contacted him to quote the installation of an electrical drop w/emergency disconnect for a 20 hp air compressor we were installing in the plant where I work. When we set a date to meet with Pedro and discuss our project, he was punctual, curteous and professional. He listened carefully while we explained our project requirements, he then assessed the electrical requirements and offered advice. We could tell that he knew exactly what he was talking about. Pedro is very professional and does things by the book. We asked him to provide an estimate, even though we were concerned that someone of his caliber would cost a premium. To our very pleasant surprise, their estimate was the most competitively priced of the three we had received from different contractors. In addition, the components included in the estimate were heavier duty than in the other estimates, bringing even more value to their offer. Once their estimate was approved, we advised Pedro and they drafted a very easy to read contract that clearly defined the scope of the work to be done in order to protect the interest of all parties involved. The contract was signed, and a day later the job was done. The quality of the work was excellent, it looked as if it was part of the original electrical installation. In addition, all the panels, breakers and disconnects were clearly marked and labeled. Since then we have used them for three other projects and they continue to exceed our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mission critical electrical installation.
