I hired Pearce Painting and Specialties for a rental unit I own after a tenant of 20 years left. The unit was in worse condition than I was lead to believe after 20 years of smoking, low maintenance, and a sloppy tenant. I gave a simple list of requests to get the home in order and a budget I was willing to pay. They covered everything I requested, painting, lighting, landscaping, light remodeling, hardwood floor restoration, THE WORKS! At several points I was even offered additions and suggestions I though were out of my price range. After hearing a few ideas I liked, I decided to get additional quotes just to make sure I wasnt letting myself get up charged after my initial requests. Two other sources for the hardwood floors and painting came back with close, but still slightly higher, pricing. I initially wanted just a quick spucing-up to get my place back up on the market, but what I got was a total makeover. I fully expected to go in and do a post construction cleaning but the place was spotless when they turned the keys back to me! It was the best customer service Ive ever had from a contractor. Since then I have used Pearce Painting for a few projects in my personal home and will continue to use Matt and his crew anywhere I can.

Landscape - Install Landscaping for Yard or Garden
I was never given anything in writing until he sent a final bill and now i am being threatened to have a lean put on my home although i have paid him.

"The job was completed and met with rave reviews by the homeowner, neighbors, HOA and even a few competitors. The home has the finest landscape in the development, with clean modern lines and plantings. Everything the homeowner asked for and agreed upon. There was a constant dialog with the customer through the entirety of the job. Our pricing was on par with our competitors and we stand by that on any job. Small business relies on satisfied customers and prompt payments at the jobs completion. This is not how we want any job to end. No matter how much sunshine it turns a beautiful landscape to a muddy mess."
