They promised everything and delivered nothing. fought with them from day one. they said they could handle everything and that it would be okay. and it was not, spent 53000 and it was terrible. they demanded their money when the project was not done, our yard was destroy for a month after that. Lady in charge never showed up to the job at all.

Our sales person Pam is the most helpful right to the point when she explain the process . She Actually looks out for our best interest very rare to find. Shes extremely knowledgeable in the products and will work with you every step of the way. I believe she needs a raise.

Wet Edge finish is beautiful and the crew that did that was awesome! Gave a 3 star work quality because of that..otherwise I would have given a 1. Resurfacing took a bit longer to complete than estimate. Project Mgr was hardly ever here to check in on the work. One worker was brand new on the job and was not even supervised. Guy working with him never guided him as to what to do. Project Mgr was hardly ever on site to see how things were going. Unfortunately once finished there as a leak at one of the jets. 3 attempts to patch it failed. Had to chip out wall around jet, remove fitting and put in a new one and then patch it up. Color of patch doesn't match. New jet is no longer recessed like others and cover does not screw on all the way. Now my new pool finish already has a 'scar' :(. From time leak was found it took 45 days to fix it! Totally unreasonable, should have been top priority. No one seemed to care. All I got was excuses. Too busy taking on new customers. There is no customer service ... sad. Big disappointment ... Not a happy customer.

This company is A-1. The resurfacing of my pool was done in three days. The product is excellent. The workers were very professional, applied the material with skilled hands (especially the trowel man), and they cleaned up all the waste materials. I am very happy with the results.

Pam and her Crew gave me the pool of my dreams! I had my pool resurfaced with Wet Edge Matrix pebble, glass beads and crushed abalone giving me that sparkle and wow factor that I was looking for. They do quality work, very nice people, but they need to work on customer communication. Work started Monday, finished Friday. Also be aware that there is a good deal of cement dust with a pool repair & the aftermath was quite a mess in our Lanai. We were promised cleanup on Monday, as our pool was finished on Friday. We didn't receive any call, or anyone to help get the cement mess off our screens, so we had to get our own crew in for cleanup, after two days of waiting for a call.
