Pearl pools did good work, arriving weekly and performing work- however within about 3 weeks, they stopped arriving on their scheduled days and even missed a couple weeks. We had worked with another pool company that had missed multiple appointments, so were reluctant to stick with this vendor after a couple missed appointments. We went back to cleaning the pool ourselves.

It took a long time to finally consummate a deal with Pearl. I felt that the cost vs value was disproportionate, but I wanted the job done and no one else would take it on. So, I'm OK with it, if it lasts me a few years. No derogatory implication intended here.

I can not say enough positive things about this company. I had a problem and no one could figure how to solve it. Pearl Pools came over, walk through everything with me and asked me questions. It was almost like being at the doctor's office. Instead of a big cost, he figured out what the problem was for very little cost. He did not try fix something that was not broken. I will now us him for all my pool issues.

Responded immediately to my inquiry. James spent a couple hours cleaning filtration system & happily explained the correct proceedure for backwashing as we had been 'overcharging' our system. 10 lb bag of DE was even included in the service. Wouldn't take payment at time of service as they send out invoices. Hired Pearl Pools for annual filtration cleaning services and any future maintenance needs. Highly Recommend.

Dan responded immediately to my inquiry, and we scheduled an appointment for the day after I moved into the new home. He arrived on time, and spent a considerable amount of the morning explaining to me (as a first-time pool owner) how the equipment operated, things to be aware of, and maintenance issues to think about for the future. He was very patient and candid, made things easy to understand, and was quite knowledgeable about all aspects of pool care. My first regularly scheduled weekly service occurred two days ago, and I'm very pleased.
