With a focus on the kitchen and bathroom, Pearl completed a comprehensive remodel of my entire condo that hadn't been touched in over 25 years. Very happy with the results and my experience in working with Ben, George and the entire team at Pearl Remodeling!

We converted an upstairs living room into a permitted bedroom and we couldn't be any happier with how the process went and what the results were. If you work with Pearl, ask for Ben to be your project manager. He is the smartest, most professional and reliable person on construction that I have ever met. We had some small set backs during the process and Ben always stood up for me and my priorities as his client. I actually miss seeing him because he is also the nicest person at heart. The crew who worked on the project were very well trained and clean, and they finished the project on a reasonable time frame. If I had to do any other renovations on my house, I would definitely call Ben.

Pear Remodeling helped us with a 255 sq ft home addition including a new den, laundry room, and pantry. Alon and his crew were incredible. They did an outstanding job. My husband and I recently purchased our first home and couldnâ t be more excited. The house was built in the 1960â s so you can imagine how dated it was. The kitchen had to absolutely be remodeled prior to move-in, so we wanted to act fast to get the entire job done ASAP. Therefore we chose the kitchen contractor team at Pearl Remodeling. We knew Gal previously because he had done my sisterâ s entire home (gutted the WHOLE thing) and the make-over was completely stunning. We had Gal come over for an initial consultation on our project and he already had so many great ideas and recommendations. He helped us expand our space from a galley kitchen to a more modern open look. I had a vision for the kitchen and Gal worked with me ensuring I was satisfied. Gal is not only warm and friendly, but he works tirelessly to make sure every fine detail is addressed and on time! If I had any questions regarding our remodel (again this was our first project) he was patient and answered every question thoroughly. We also had a tight budget and he worked closely with us to ensure we were in range and always kept us informed of what was happening. We felt so confident with Gal and his team for handling the kitchen remodel that my husband and I left for Italy for 3 weeks. We returned to a brand new kitchen and we couldnâ t be more thrilled. Gal gives you nothing but quality! The garage project was done very efficiently and professionally. They even finished ahead of schedule. Ori, our project manager was very friendly, professional and took care of all of our issues. We are very happy with the results!

We decided to do a tub to shower conversion in our condo to make it easier for us to get in to take a shower. Didn't need any fancy so we thought it should be a small job, not realizing that anything involving a tub/shower remodel is usually the most complicated part of any bathroom remodel. We got quotes from four different vendors and we chose Pearl to do the remodel. The lead on the project, Ben, spent over an hour going over the whole scope of the project and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. He personable and you can tell he has been doing this for a while. Throughout the whole project, he kept us updated at each stage and responded quickly to any texts I sent him. We liked the fact that they preferred that permits be pulled to ensure that the project is done properly and in compliance with the HOA's requirements. The crews were really good about complying with the rules of the HOA for a 9 am start time and give 48 hour notice prior to any water shutoff. All the members of the crews were polite and were fairly prompt each day. The project took longer (About 4 weeks) because of the HOA rules and if you live in the City of Los Angeles, you will spend about six days just waiting for inspectors to sign off on different stages of the remodel, during which no work is performed. The crews did fantastic work starting with the plastic floor to ceiling walls they setup to keep the spread of dust from covering our master bedroom and the rest of condo. They also laid down ram board on the pathways on the floor in our place and in the hallway to protect them from any damage. From the demo, framing, plumbing, hot mop, lathing, cementing (2x), tile work, to the installation of the glass doors, everything was done really well with a lot of attention to detail. Ben came in after each stage to check on progress of the work. We also like the fact that payments were made after each stage of the job and everything spelled out clearly in the contract. The finished job looks fantastic, way beyond what we imagined. Ben was good in recommending some nice touches like using the pebble tile for the floor and the niches and the brush metal trim on the edges of the tile. The frameless shower door is very slick. If you are looking for a contractor for a bathroom remodel who takes pride in doing quality work and performs it in an 100% professional manner, you can't go wrong choosing Pearl Remodeling.

I contacted Pearl to help with my garage conversion. I wanted to build a one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and a small kitchen. I was working with Ori, the project manager. He was great. I had a lot of questions and he answered each question. He was very patient and professional. They helped with the architectural drawings and getting the necessary permits from the city. Also, there was a DWP easement on my property and they worked with DWP to get that approval. I would highly recommend Pearl for any remodeling/construction job you may have. These guys are honest and great to work with!

We had a covered patio installed a few years ago. We decided to interview several contracts to enclose it into a patio room. Ori, from Pearl Remodeling, came to do the estimate. He knew immediately what needed to be done. They don't do just patios but everything you dreamt they can build for you. We also needed to tile the floor and demo the sliding door to open the living room stepping down to the patio room. Thus we didn't need to hire different contractors to accomplish the task. They did an excellent job from start to finish. It took less than 2 weeks for them to order the materials and only took a day to enclose the patio. What took time was when I decided to order the tile myself. The shipping was delayed a week, but once it was delivered, Ori scheduled the demo and tiling immediately. He oversaw the work from start to finish and the final product was exactly what we dreamt seeing. We will definitely recommend Pearl Remodeling to our family and friends. They are true business professionals.

the technician showed on time and repaired/replaced the broken garage door spring. no complaints. excellent job!

The service technician had a problem finding my address, but once that was resolved the work was performed in a prompt, efficient and cost-effective manner. This is my second experience with Creative Lines and I would use them for any garage door problems.
