Mr. Peavey and I had a very delightful conversation about when he initially serviced my mother's home. He did initially inform me over the phone that the service he would provide would not correct the problem as there were other issues that had to be considered. I respect that he was willing to provide me with a good customer experience and to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely refer him to others for that.

Byron Peavey responded right away by phone and scheduled a visit to correct my plumbing pipe problems. He gave me a very reasonable quote and he did a very professional job on my house. He corrected my plumbing problem in two days. This was fast for a complete plumbing water re-piping project on my whole house. Mr. Peavy was great to deal with. He was very honest and polite. This is a family run business and his wife (secretary) is great. They were right on time and Mr. Peavy is truly a professional that knows his stuff. The adapter for my main pipe busted during the cold and he had it fixed about 2 hours later. Very reasonably priced for the job and they did excellent work! I will do business with them again and recommend all my friends to Peavy Plumbing. They are top-notch! Thanks again!

Timely response. Makes a mess but cleans up well. Took time to troubleshoot and find solution to problem before leaving. Respectful service. Only regret, doesn't take credit cards.

Mr Peavy called me at 7:20 am to find out about my problem after I found him on Service Magic the night before. Told him I wanted to check a few other places. I did. The earliest someone could come and replace my water heater was in 9 days. Called Mr Peavy back and he said he would come by that afternoon. He did and stayed until almost 8 pm replacing my water heater. He did a great job. It is refreshing to find someone who does what they tell you they will do and also takes pride in doing a good job. Would recommend him to anyone.

Here it is, Sunday morning and a pipe has burst. The only shutoff is at the street so we are completely without water. I tried calling the two 'big' companies in the city. One doesn't call back and the other can't get to us for 7 or 8 hours. Service Magic hooked us up with Peavy plumbing. They came out immediately! Both Mr. and Mrs. Peavy were very professional and friendly. I could tell Mr. Peavy was very skilled at his profession and wound up making the broken pipe/fixture even better than it was before it broke. It's refreshing to have a company that actually wants the business! I'm planning to use them for other projects in the future.
