Great communication and very fair pricing

Well the 1st thing I would like to say is that I would not recommend this company to anyone the reasons that I would not recommend them to anyone I called after I found them on homeadvisor because they had a decent score and they were close so I had somebody come out to give me an estimate I walked around with him he was very polite Hey and then he text me back the next day with the estimate and I told him you know we talked in we agreed on A price so the next day after the owner of the companys dad and this contractor came out and in 2 days they had the 1st of 3 decks done the one they did was on the front of my house I was pleased with it everything was fine then a couple days passed and I got a call from the owner of the company he said that The price that was agreed upon which he was not a part of because he inot the one that came to do the estimate he sent his contractor because he was not in town Hey said that it was not enough so he came out and me him and my husband walked around and we showed him the other 2 decks where they would be at and he went home after we had talked he did not have any disputes but the next day he calls and says that it is not enough he sends me an invoice for more than what the original estimate was and I had already paid for the front deck Once it was finished I went ahead and paid for it so we discussed a few things and we agreed on a price not much more Then was agreed on but it was more than I wanted to pay several 100 more so after that it took several weeks before anyone ever come to start on the back decks and we had already tore down the standing decks that was already there so want someone came because the contractor that did the front deck he quit he said he could not deal with things that was going on at that company so the owner told me that he had to hire a contractor He did not have another one so I waited for several weeks before that happened then once this guy came out it to him about 4 days To get anything done and what he got done was very minimal as they started , it took a little over 2 months to have a 16x20 And a 6x6 done and then about a week later my husband noticed one of my lawn chairs had been crushed so I send a picture of it to the owner of the company and asked him if someone ran over my chair could they please replace it he gave me back an angry text let me know what his name was and that it was him and all him and he would replace it I waited 4 months to get my lawn chair replaced and as soon as I let him know about the lawn chair being crushed I noticed that 1 of my industrial drop cords that I used outside was missing I asked him did he see it and he said yes it is on my truck so then It was brought back and then just the other day my husband told me that a few days after he saw my chair crushed that he noticed that another piece of my yard work tools was missing and he saw them using this item to Stir concrete and they did not ask to use it and they took it . And I ask my husband why did not he mention it to me then and he said he just wanted to be done with them. Needless to say, I had to pay someone else to come and do the back decks correctly where they did not do what they were supposed to do So no I would not recommend this company to anyone and I have a small business and I see a lot of people and they ask me a lot of times do I know anybody that I would Recommend and I would definitely not recommend this company.

They called me back when they said they would. The pricing is very reasonable. They show up when they said they would be there.

Absolutely great experience. Extremely responsive and attentive. Spoke to the owner on a Monday and they were able to come out the same week! So thankful for their willingness to accommodate us. Looking forward to continuing to do business with them. Highly recommend these guys. They exceeded our expectations.
