Service team arrived at appointed time and worked thru about 7 hours to complete job as contracted.

Representative is not knowledgeable enough to fix my problem at all and yet I was charged for several hours work and still have the problem I called to have repaired.

The service was done to our satisfaction and the electrician was friendly, knowledgeable and on-time,

They showed up on time,did good work, reasonable price.

Tech arrived to handle a minor plumbing job AND to inspect a natural gas line that needed relocation so that a quote could be developed. This was expected to take two trips. Instead, he found an easier solution to the natural gas line issue than expected and did it on-the-spot, finishing just as the crew arrived to continue work on the deck! So, 1 trip instead of 2, and we didn't have to wait until next available appointment (6 days away) to solve the natural gas line problem ... which PECO could have done the more expensive way that I anticipated, but instead did quickly and at less cost. Bravo!

Half a***d job. And it was an easy job. Very disappointed. I guess they did not think I would crawl under the house and look.

I have used PECO for HVAC work several times and they are great for that. I recently called to have them install gas piping for my range and to pressure test. Jeremy came out to assess the job, then did not call or set another time to complete the work. I called PECO to ask when he would return and the girl that does the scheduling seemed to not remember the first visit, which was 4 days prior. She set us up for the following Monday. The next day, I found another person to complete the job. When I called PECO to cancel, the girl had no recollection from the previous day that she had told me we were on Jeremys schedule for Monday. She said we were not scheduled. I told her that I was glad I called again, since we would have waited another week and would have still not received a visit from Jeremy. I told her I found someone else and to cancel and she seemed to care less about the scheduling issues she created. I was trying to be courteous in letting them know, but it turned out to be a waste of time. If you can get them to come to your home, their work is good

Jerry was wonderful. Showed up on time and tolerated all my questions, and worked all day on the many projects we had on our newly purchased home.

He knows what he is doing it only toke him minutes to solve the problem.

5 stars is not enough. I had a pretty major electrical problem, Peco called me right away and had it scheduled to come out to look at the same day. Jerry came out and diagnosed it and then worked with the office to move some jobs around to get this done asap as we did not have power to over half of our house. The job was done with amazing care and so timely. I would never call anyone else and Jerry was so amazing and explained everything he was doing. Thank you so much Peco, for being an awesome company and having great employees and customer service.

Listened to my list of desired circuits and set up perfectly. Very professional team.

Arrived on time and got right to work. Completed the work quickly and efficiently. Jeremy was great to work with. He was honest in his assessment of my systems and was helpful in finding the most cost effective way to solve my issues. The final bill was about $100 led than others had quoted. I will be caking PECO again when I need HVAC services.

Perry and Joey are Reliable, dependable, honest and very nice. Will ask for them next time I need any electrical work done.
