Work was very conscientious, efficient, timely but not rushed, not at all disruptive. Seemed to be great quality work. Repair of leak on the deck resolved the issue as there was no leak after a recent heavy rain. Gave Pedersen Builders only 4 of 5 stars for work quality only because will have to wait for winter to see if the roof "spikes" do their job to break up the ice and snow buildup. If so, then their work is perfect. Will definitely hire them again!
