Responded to my initial request in a timely manner. Did not contact me when he did not show for my initial service but I assumed it was weather related which it was. I assume he can't possibly contact every customer every time the weather impacts service. Since it was my first service I suppose I expected to be contacted, but no big deal. He came the next day. I agree that Pedro seems very knowledgeable. He listened to my request to cut my lawn high unlike most landscapers that ignore and cut the lawn too low! His price to cut my property is fair but I feel his prices were high for the aeration, seeding and fertilizing. He did agree to a lower negotiated price. I had received quotes for the work from Lawn Doctor and Trugreen which I was able to use as a comparison. I look forward to utilizing Pedro for my future lawn needs.

Pedro Alvarez of Pedro's Lanscaping came to do an estimate on a winters cleanup in February of 2017. At that first meeting he asked me to lie to HomeAdvisor and say I never hired him. I lied for him. A huge regret. He didn't want to pay the fee. I thought they did an okay job so he talked me into doing power washing on my homes vinyl siding. I agreed but it was so cold in February that huge chunks are missing from the siding. I never noticed it until spring and realized it could only be from the freezing cold temperatures and his non knowledge of power washing. I would have never allowed him to power wash if I knew he didn't know what he was doing. He was to start mowing my lawn that spring and he never showed. He knew what he did to the vinyl siding. He needed money because it was the winter so he used me to make some. I wouldn't recommend him to a soul. And, I really want him to pay the fee he owes HomeAdvisor.

I met with him June 19th and hired him to begin June 21st. His crew never showed up or called. I don't chase these totally irresponsible people. We went over prices and when work was to begin. Lol. I don't like games.

Pedro’s Landscaping did a excellent job! I have a big property and it was freezing out. They worked all day and got the job done.

Very organized work plan . Pedro evaluated my property for removing of leaves and stated a time to complete project . He was spot on and did a great job at a fair price. Will be using Pedro’s. team for more projects in spring.

My backyard was like a jungle. The weeds were so high I didn't think it was possible for anybody to clear it all away. Well Pedro and his crew did! They did an amazing job. Cleared the back yard and took care of the front yard too. Worked very hard. They even did things I didn't expect. Cleaned up everything beautifully. Very professional. The price was more than fair. I would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them for any yard work or landscaping job you have. I am so pleased.
