Peerless Fence

Everything about our experience with Peerless was easy. Ignore all the bad reviews, we are so glad we did. Matt, one of the sales representatives, came out twice to make sure everything was concrete regarding our plans. Got a call about two weeks later to schedule. The crew was on time and fast. They were also extremely friendly! Our fence was up in a day and a couple hours. It was truly amazing. Family and neighbors were impressed. We put over 300 feet of fence in! Our yard is also very sloped however it wasnâ t an issue for them. The price, we felt, was fair. We went through Home Depot for the payment/financing process which was also easy to do. After youâ re ready to move forward they will send you an invoice, we then went to Home Depot and customer service walked us through signing up for financing. The only thing we had to do was call after we received the card in the mail and request the 24 months (if thatâ s what youâ re wanting - it is not always given automatically) we will of course pay it off early but having the option to pay it off over 2 years was very appealing. Do not hesitate to book with this company!!!!

I had a great experience working with peerless fence at Round lake Illinois, Andrew the sales person, he help me out trough out the whole process, he was very helpful even after the installation process. the two guys that installed the fence were extremely professional, they got the job done in one day, it was a 100 ft job with 4 gates, I was really impressed by way they got the job done, I truly recommend peerless Fence by Round lake area.

I have problems with the fence and they will not return my calls....

They were excellent! They were hard-working, efficient and professional. We LOVE our fence, as does the dog! Peerless Fencing was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT! IT TOOK A FEW MONTHS TO GET THE FENCE INSTALLED (DUE TO WEATHER), BUT WE FINALLY GOT IT AND WE LOVE IT. THE INSTALLERS WERE AWESOME, AND THE COMPANY WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY KEPT ME POSTED ON ALL INFO I NEEDED TO HAVE TO MAKE SURE THIS HAPPENED AND THEN FOLLOWED UP. I WOULD DEFINITLEY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND IF WE EVER NEED ANOTHER FENCE, THEY WILL BE THE FIRST ONES I CALL!!! THEY DESERVE 10 STARS!! THAT IS HOW HAPPY WE ARE.....THANKS PEERLESS FENCE :-)

They were excellent. The fence installation was tricky with many trees along the property line but the end result looks great. They voluntarily removed two old tree stumps from the fence path and used soil from the fence post holes to grade other poor-draining sections of the yard, which is much more than I had expected them to do.

They did awesome job, highly recommended, we love our white fence. Fine pricing, great serve, great warranty, and a outstanding owner!!! they make it easy and are beyond helpful!!

They refused to put the soil from the holes on a tarp. That is my only complaint.

Follow up was great, they were here when they stated they would and clean up was as if they were never here and we have a beautiful new split rail fence! Great job and good people to work with!

My fence was installed today and from start to finish everyone I dealt with at Peerless was professional, courteous and very accommodating even when I made some changes after the contract was signed. I have now used Home Advisor three times and will continue to use in the future.

The salesman Don, was just wonderful always ready with an answer to my questions, extremely understanding of certain demands. The scheduling department also very proficient, taking care of everything necessary to complete the job, minus the permit, though, which was no problem to me. The installation of the fence, dynamite job, love my fence, well done Peerless!

The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable of his product. The installation was completed in a timely manner. The crew answered all my questions and explained exactly what they were doing. I am very happy with the pre stained wood fence.

The installation was quick and final product good. Customer service needs work, they forgot to call and schedue my installation but did not forget to cash my check. Communication between them and their installers could be improved. Would reccomend only because final product was installed above my expectations.

Did a great job. Was very impressed with how quickly the got the job done. They asked and then showed me what they were going to do and if I had any questions or changes in what they were going to do. They also did a great job of cleaning up and removal of my old fence. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new fence. The 25 yr warranty on the fence is also worth the extra money.

My parents hired Peerless for a new fence a couple years ago. I was happy to see Peerless was returned by my ServiceMagic inquiry. Overall, it was a great experience. It's been six months since the fence was installed. Appears to be a high-quality fence that will withstand the elements for many many years to come. The company's representative was prompt for appointment and answered all questions thoroughly. Installation was completed in one day (compared to most companies which require two days or more), and the installers were cautious to work around our underground sprinklers (no damage caused). I was quite impressed with Peerless Fence. The salesperson was very polite, helpful, and professional. I recieved several quotes, but chose a different company because of thier warranty.

My fence looks BEAUTIFUL! The initial sales person came out to look at our back yard and answered every question that I had. He helped us figure out what we needed to remove before the crew came to install the fence. The crew arrived promptly on the day of installation and went over where they were putting the fence and pointing out any potential problems. They finished in about 8 hours and we couldn't be happier with our new fence. The price was also very reasonable for the materials used (Copperwood, 5 ft picket). Thanks Peerless!!!!!
