Peter Ryan did everything right. He responded promptly, and gave me his honest opinion as to what he was and was not qualified to do, And referred me to another professional for the piece of the job that he felt was not for him. Ultimately I hired him to do the installation of a large perennial bed which was completed in a very timely fashion and which came in exactly at quote. His rates are very competitive, and I was so pleased with his work and that of his associate that I have hired them to return for fall cleanup. I highly recommend Pegtons Property Maintenance service, and look forward to dealing with them again in the near future

I needed a professional to mow my lawn. I found Pegton's from the internet and called. I reached Peter right away, and he immediately offered to meet with me and provide a free estimate on the next day. I was tied up on the next day, so we scheduled a meeting on the day after. At exactly our scheduled time, he showed up, walked around my lawn and provided a very reasonable quote, which I agreed right away. Then he told me the day of each week my lawn would be mowed. On that day of the next week, he and Josh showed up. They mowed the lawn, trimmed the edges, and blew away some small patches of chopped grass. When their work was done, the lawn looked great. From my encounters with Peter, I really feel that he is a very nice person to work with. He is very friendly, punctual, easy to reach by phone, very reliable, and does great work at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend his services to everyone.

After receiving the businesses listed on Home Advisor, and reading the stellar recommendations for Pegton's, I called and the response to my call to Peyton's was almost instantaneously returned. The very next day, we met and discussed my garden needs for edging and mulching, as well as the mowing for the season, and I feel very confident that I selected the right company! I needed to facilitate the fertilizer's schedule with Pegton's and have the last season's leaves removed so the fertilizer application could be carried out. So I called today and Peter came out 45 minutes later and cleared the leaves and mowed the lawn that very same day! 5 stars for prompt service.

Hired this company to trim some trees and am totally happy with their work. I also had them do some repairs that I had hired another handyman to do and am very happy. It's sad to have to hire a handyman to fix another handyman's worthless work, but this time I'm totally happy with the projects and am going to have them do more for me soon.
