This person sounded good on text, but cancelled our first appointment a few hours before the appointment time. Disappointing, but stuff happens. We rescheduled for the next day. I texted him 30 minutes before our scheduled time. No response. I then called him and was taken to an AI answering service that asked me my name and what it was regarding. I gave that info, and it came back saying that the person said, "it was no longer relevant." Whatever that means. But I went to the property and, of course, he never showed up. I would not hire this person for anything, and I don't recommend that you do either.

He was polite respectable and he was quick on fixing the problem

I hired a man who oversold himself and oversold himself. Totally f'd up quite a bit and cost me more money to fix his mistakes. Brandon answered my cries for help and Im so glad! Extremely professional and courteous! One of my smaller jobs turned into a major one. He didnt complain or refuse to fix. He just showed me and discussed options. We agreed and he fixed it! He was always on time and worked. No 45 min long smoke breaks. No disappearing acts. He built dogs a fence and they are so happy! Kept his # just in case I need future help. To have physical issues that make small jobs impossible to do is tough esp. when a move does not go well. Brandon was a Godsend. His work was amazing and he cleaned up after himself too!

Friendly, flexible, thorough, and efficient job all around! Got my back door glass frame replaced as new in great time, and he even removed adhesive from my floorboards while we waited for the weatherproof sealant to cure. Will be happy to work together again in the future!

Updating my review from the previous 1-star - due to an unfortunate broken cell phone accident, Mr. Pelfrey had to reschedule his visit. He politely explained what happened and made it right. I will be reaching out to him again!

I sat waiting for two hours, no-show for the job despite confirming the morning of and sending the address.

On time and got the job done right.

Very prompt, we agreed on 8:30am start & that’s when doorbell rang, job was done efficiently & work was outstanding considering once the box was opened- there were so many pieces! He wasn’t phased at all & completed both tasks with ease. My sliding closet door is repaired and the bed is ready.
