We hired Pelican Roofing to replace our roof after the storm, what a mistake that was! I do not see how this company has the good ratings they do. Our fascia was completely torn away from our house by their crew and then they bent the fascia back in place and nailed it back, the crew put ruts in our neighbors yard and our yard which we had to fix after Phillip would not keep his word on fixing them and it took them over 6 weeks to fix the damage that THEY did to our house. Phillip and Ryan would both say they would have someone come by and take care of the damage and no one would show up. Perry, the so-called on-site manager, was a complete disaster and should have never been in charge of this or any project from what we could see. Perry and the crew did more visible damage to our house than Hurricane Zeta did! They tried cutting corners, leaving felt and old drip edge on our boat lift too, but luckily I saw them and had the crew replace them. Phillip at first tried saying he did not think his crew did the damage to our fascia, but then finally admitted it. It was obvious anyway. We called a siding company to replace the remaining fascia they damaged. Not exactly the quality of work Pelican Roofing said would take place at all. I have done plenty of projects with contractors over the years and this by far is the absolute worst. I would not recommend the crew that did our house to put a roof on a dog house!

Our roof was damaged during hurricane Zeta, causing active leaks. It was a very old roof, so insurance did not cover anything. My wife and I used our personal savings to repair/replace our roof. Pelican replied quickly, and gave an estimate based on Google images of our roof. I requested someone come inspect in person before hiring them. Robbie came and crawled into our attic and saw how old/damaged our decking was and updated the estimate for the needed decking repair. Fast forward to when the crew came out - they were not aware of the scope of the job. They tore off the old shingles, and started putting the new shingles on the same day. I asked Perry (the site manager) to make sure they were inspecting and repairing the decking to fix the sagging/wavy roof line. He assured me they were. Our shingles look great - but they did not repair the decking as agreed in our contract. There are rotten boards, big holes where the nails blew out old boards, and our roof looks even more wavy and sagging than before. Ryan and Philip have been out twice to inspect, and keep promising to make it right but have not done so. They keep telling me they guarantee their work for 5 years, but that will not fix a bad decking job. If we ever sell the house, we will need to take $$ off the price because of the wavy roof - and that was why we spent our own savings to fix it, only to have them not do a good job. My wife and I had a baby recently, so we were ok with them not fixing it right away - but they have not communicated their timeline, and continue to not follow through on their promises - even after we have been incredible patient and accommodating. We are filing a complaint with BBB, and hope Pelican will actually make this right.

Pelican Roofing did a great job and the new roof looks great. Clean up was excellent.

They cleaned up completely-not a nail to be found! The sales people were very accommodating and the office staff (Ms. Maria) could not have been more congenial and pleasant to consult for payment issues. Good job!

Installed a new roof on house and helped me on a color scheme to complement my house color. Very professional and answered all questions and concerns. Also worked with me so i could be home for the installation. they are also installing new gutters and patio cover next week which I'm sure will also meet all my expectations. they cleaned up and ran magnet around house to pick up any nails in yard. Very happy and would recommend them for anyone looking to have work done.

I hired Pelican Roofing Group LLC to roof my house, after speaking to their Salesmen and reading reviews and the BBC I believed this is the Company I wanted, There were here within Days and finished within 3 days. They left my property completley cleaned up. They also repaired my roof of rotten boards and handled anything I requested. I will highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough about this company and the foreman Jose. Very professional while being personable. Always responsive when I would reach out. They did an outstanding jog - quality over the top. Jose is very knowledgeable and experienced. I could not be happier and I highly recommend as this is an extraordinary company.
