My experience was very good with Pella. I had several other contractors come, either with one size solutions or vague 'we can do anything'. Pella had a great range of choices, the sales help was very helpful getting through the options to come up with an excellent package of windows and doors. They were polite, curteous and not pushy like some of the other window sales people.

Friendly, helpful staff, however installer did not show up as scheduled and did not call until 1hr 45 min after expected time to advise of delay. Otherwise satisfied with installation.
