Andrew our Pelletier installer did an excellent job with the installation. He was very safe wearing a mask when needed to discuss the install. He answered all of my questions about the new heat pump system being installed. Tom diid a great job quoting us a new system. Gary the owner promptly called when we had a minor thermostat issue and it was resolved quickly. We love our new Bosch system and look forward to a long relationship with Pelletier
