I am not an expert so I am not able to be sure about work quality which is why I gave only 4.5 stars. I would like to have seen a bit more off the top and where the electrical cable runs (to give a bit of margin), but that is really the expert's call - don't want to have the tree damaged. I also think the price a little high but it was hard to find someone good at this time because they were all working cleaning up after Irma.

It was a bit difficult at first to set up the appointment because of their unfamiliarity with the Home Advisor process and Home Advisor cancelling my appointment. Once we worked through that everything went very well and they did a great job.
