These people were great. They contacted me about a half hour after I posted on home advisor. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant and informative. The technician (Alberto) arrived on time and completed the repair within an hour. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this business.

Scheduling was easy, others had no availability but they did. tech came late but it was just after a snowstorm and everyone was backed up so it was fine. price quoted for tech to come was on the high side, they honored my request for a better price. final price was fair and work they did was great. they kept me informed throughout the process from when the tech was supposed to arrive until he came. responded to inquiries timely. will keep their number on hand for the future.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Though Alberto arrived later than expected, I greatly appreciated that the visit wasn't pushed to another day. He fixed my oven quickly and at a reasonable cost. I have to point out that he left a very clean work area and even removed his shoes before going upstairs (I have wall to wall carpeting), which isn't always the case with technicians...

My complaint is the cost of labor I was charged. I was told by Dani that they do not charge by the hour but by the job. The cost of the part to repair my washer was $90.00 BUT I was charged $390.00 labor. The entire job was 1/2 hour. The total bill was $480.00. I would not recommend them, I feel that the cost for labor was not fair for the work that was done.
