Professional & intelligent customer service. Small/local/family owned and operated. Prompt estimate and prompt repair. My refrigerator needed a new compressor and within less that 24 hours they had the part and my refrigerator was back up and running. I got a follow up call from the service department the following day to make sure the refrigerator was running properly. The Serviceman was very professional, well versed in the work, polite and pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend Pena Appliance Repairs.
