Alberto is a gem. ..He has repaired several appliances in my home … Viking stove .. Marvel wine cooler .. sub zero refrigerator.. . he is punctual ..neat ..and always does a great job! Not to mention his assistant .. Dany.. is always pleasant and ready to schedule the job.

Pena sent a technician out the day I called and he worked late afternoon to early evening to get our Bosch dishwasher up and running again. Very happy with the work and interactions with both him and the service coordinator I spoke with by phone

Alberto of Pena Appliances did a great job fixing our dishwasher. He was prompt, courteous and very effective in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Dany was a pleasure to deal with on the business side and very easy to communicate with by text. This is the second time we have hired Pena Appliances to do a dishwasher repair. They even managed to prolong the life of our first horrible old dishwasher somehow. They are always professional, and offer excellent repair service at a very reasonable, fair price. Pena Appliance Repair provided a high level of service. My Bosch dishwasher door would no longer securely latch, which prevents the unit from operating. The unit was also not properly anchored within the cabinetry when first installed by another company. That instability led to the latch not securely locking the unit for proper operation. The office manager was fantastic, keeping me up to date on every step of the process, as well as scheduling. She was very kind and supportive, providing a very high level of service. The technician who repaired the door was also has a pleasant demeanor, and not only repaired the latch on the door, but raised the wheels of the unit to help the level it as best of possible, helping to avoid similar malfunctions in the future. I highly recommend Pena Appliance repair, which serves many areas of North New Jersey. Thank you, Pena!

Did a good job diagnosing the issues. They gave options on how to cut cost on repair parts saving hundreds of dollars in just the part. It took a bit to isolate the issue but they maintained contact, worked through the issues and eventually resolved the problem without any additional labor charges. Would use again and recommend.

Repaired and took ownership of the problem immediately. Had an another repair man here and was not aware of what he was doing. Mr.pena came in and took care of the problem with one visit.

REPAIR COMPLAINT: After spending $882.70 for both repairs as well as waiting over a month for a new sensor we are hereby filing a complaint as well as a poor review for services rendered. After numerous calls were made all we got in return was lame excuses as well as calls remaining unanswered. We,ve come to the conclusion that they have been avoiding us with nothing in return about fixing the problem. Therefore we would not recommend their repair service to anyone as well taking legal action.

Excellent across the board. From the first call to the consultation and ultimate repair, I'm so happy I called and made the appointment to get my refrigerator repaired. Both Dany and Alberto were professional and friendly. Alberto was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and put in layman's terms what was causing my refrigerator to fail. I am so happy with the work, that I'm making a second appointment to install a filter on my 20 year old refrigerator.

My refrigerator needed a new compressor and within less that 24 hours they had the part and my refrigerator was back up and running. I got a follow up call from the service department the following day to make sure the refrigerator was running properly.
