Superb! I highly recommend this company. Ryan got a 23 year old Trane XE1000 system running and cooling well after one hour. Very reasonably priced; much, much cheaper than quotes from Dalco, etc. Didn't try to push a new system on us, unlike the "Big Box" HVAC companies. We will definitely use Penacrux for all future HVAC needs! ð ð

These guys were awesome. Business owner, Ryan, was thorough, careful, detailed, and informative when he assessed the problems. When he and his colleague came to complete the work, they took care of my home, were friendly to my dogs, and completed the work in such as way that I was able to work with minimal disruption the whole day. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The only sign that they were ever here is that I now have an awesome new a/c system working beautifully. I'd also like to say that I'm often intimidated by contractors who can tend to be patronizing to women. These guys were friendly, helpful, and respectful.

These guys did a great job and after the job was finished I wrote review and said that I thought they overcharged me a little because the problem was different than what we originally thought it was. Ryan the owner contacted me the next day and told me he'd refund 100% of my money because customer satisfaction was his number 1 goal. I told him it was not necessary to refund the money. I hired them and agreed to the price but it turned out it was a simpler problem. We talked about the project and I explained why I thought the cost was a little too much even though it was only $210.00. He listened and agreed with what I said and he thanked me for the feedback. When I got home the next day there was a money order in my mailbox for half the payment back even though I told him it was not necessary to reimburse for any money. This is a company that stands behind it's word, customer satisfaction is their number 1 goal . Thanks again Ryan for your honesty and integrity.

True and honest professionals! They were not the cheapest estimate I received, but they were the only company that was going to do the job the correct way, bringing everything up to code and informing me of everything upfront. No hidden or unexpected costs and very quick to respond! I would recommend their company to anyone in need of AC services! Bruce is very knowledgeable and informative and takes pride in his work, and Ryan the owner is hands on and shows up to the job to make sure everything he puts his company name on is done right! I will use these guys for all my ac needs from here on out!
