Finding the carpet cleaning company was easy. Pena's service was on time; reasonably priced; worked quickly and cleaned the carpet and additional rugs at the minimum charge. I would highly recommend the company, the owner, and workers.

They were on time , courteous and cleaned up. I requested three different stone surfaces to be cleaned. two of the three surfaces were cleaned. For the third surface they indicated a different chemical was required and they had to obtain it. I was to hear from them within two days to schedule a time for them to return. I am still waiting afte one week for the call back. Poor customer service.

Pena's was FANTASTIC!! The quality of work was stellar, the staff was friendly and went over and above what we expected. We will definitely use them for all our carpet and upholstery cleaning projects.

A friend gave me a nice wool rug that she had used for several years. It was under her dining room table and she had a dog, so you can imagine - it was fairly dirty, and covered in dog hair. I dropped the rug off on a Monday and got it back on Wednesday. They were quick, nice & did a great job. The dog hair is essentially gone. They said they were literally picking hairs out with their hands after they'd cleaned it, just to be sure that they had gotten them all. I still think they deserve 5 stars, even though, when I got the rug back it was a little wet. Is that normal? I've never had a rug cleaned before, so maybe it is. The rug looked great and these guys are really nice and professional!

He does great work and always leaves us satisfied. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

Eric Pena and his crew did a fantastic job of cleaning all the carpets and all the stone floors in the home we just purchased. The job was done with new equipment, was completed in good time, and looks great. We would recommend this business without reservations.
