First off I hired him to do an appraisal on a house I live out of state in Maryland so I drove up the hour and 20 minutes had an 1130 appointment called him at 12:30 he was still at his office he told me he could be there by two so I waited till 2 o clock he never showed up he finally called me apparently he had me confused with some other job and he was sitting at somebody else s property then he showed up and I let everything go because I figured he was just overloaded I did not take long to do what needed to be done I paid him in cash he told me it would take a week to get the appraisal back that was on May 20 I understand there was a holiday weekend in between then but today is the second and I still don t have my appraisal I called him nine business days after the appraisal was performed he told me I would have it yesterday which was Saturday the first I still don t have it And I m not sure if I m going to get it or not make sure if you do hire him that you get the exact date in writing when your appraisal will be back also make sure you get an exact time frame before you do the appraisal or pay him I never even got a receipt from the man

Was a little unfamiliar with HomeAdvisor, but was professional about his job and answered my questions.

Top of the line. Appraisal was done in a timely fashion. Very professional. Very happy with his service.
