Pendleton Construction & Septic

Called Pendleton based on neighbor's recommendation to look at our Grinder Pump. They came out the same day and diagnosed faulty floats. They walked me though how to get by manually until repaired. They repaired the floats the next day taking the time to correct a poor installation of the wiring and conduit by the builder. Mark explained the repair and the work very clearly. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of septic services.

Marc surveyed a lot for potential purchase to determine septic tank requirements. Very informative and straight forward with is survey.

Called Pendleton after I was told there were multiple problems with my septic system shortly after an inspection by another company. System was supposedly fine at the time of the inspection. Spoke with Marc and they came out the same day. They did a thorough evaluation and then took the time to walk me through the system and the problems they identified. There were problems but some of the things the other company had brought up checked out okay. The folks from Pendleton did a great job completing the repairs and getting the system up and running over the next few days. Overall, excellent job and I plan on using them whenever I have issues with my septic system in the future.

Prompt in responding to my request. Knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend or hire them again. They also educated me on my septic system and how to maintain the system.

Had a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way. I really appreciated that since I didn’t waste time waiting. FYI, they don’t take credit cards, but that wasn’t a problem for me. Very nice, professional people.

Very knowledgeable, actually came a day earlier than expected. System was fixed as quickly as possible and he explained everything he did and what I needed to do to maintain my system. Very good experience.

They charged me $250 more than they quoted over the phone. They didn't finish clearing out the area when finished. After the job was done they disclosed that they do not take charge cards (even though HomeAdvisor indicates they do) The repairman was very personable and did a good job...at least so far I have no issues - only 5 days post service. They did arrive to replace my septic pump the day after I spoke with them.

Would highly recommend this company. Stayed on phone using Face Time to help my son find the valve that had to be opened to release pressure and stop the water that was coming through the showers and onto our floors. Without their help, we could have had the entire house flooded. Will definitely use this company in the future.
