The timeliness was not all of Chris' fault, a great deal of it had to do with the weather and the custom make of the type of porch that I wanted, but once the form arrived and the weather cooperated, things started looking up. Chris did admit, that he could have communicated with me a little better, but for the most part, I am very pleased with the job overall and I plan to use Penguin Enterprises for some more remodeling.
